I felt comfortable. The lady at the front desk super nice. And the guy I believe he owned the place he worked in the evening was super nice also. Answered any questions I had like the pool area and restaurants near by

Website said your own entrance to your suite and it’s not. And only one fire pit which I think it did say that but didn’t think of it right away so. By the time sundown came and wanted to relax with the kids it was taken already for the whole night. But that’s ok I made it work.

Even though it was extremely short staffed the employees were very friendly and our room was clean and inviting! The indoor pool was huge and warm. It was also in walking distance of downtown, which was huge to not have to pay or parking or drive into the craziness that is the Dells in the summer.

It looked a little sketchy from the outside but that is why you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover!

Room was bigger then expected and very clean. Minute we walked through the door it smelled clean and that is a big plus for me! Beds comfy, towels soft Not far from a gas station. Indoor pool was good size and clean! Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

AC was a bit loud and didn’t seem too cool for room with two beds but kids didn’t complain. my room was on other side of housekeeping so a bit loud in morning.

Very clean room and the overall cleanliness was very good. Pool area was very simple and very clean as well

It’s not really a dislike but we didn’t see the employees very much at all. Had to wait a few times at the front desk. That could use a little improvement.

Breakfast? Didnt know there was breakfast there. The room was nice, along with the huge pool! We really enjoyed ourselves. Definently will be back again. Staff was very friendly also.

The only thing I didnt like was the beds were very hard. But some people probably like that but just not us. That is the only negative I have tho, and its definetly not a deal breaker

Liked the extra bedroom with a door. Also liked the size of the pool evening knowing we didn't use it. The staff was friendly.

Parking. First 2 nights we had parking right out in front of our room. The last 2 nights we had to park up the hill. Not that it was terrible but wished there was more parking right out in front of our room.

Loved the large 9ft deep indoor pool and the spacious room. Loved that it was just a short walk to downtown.

The first 2 days the outdoor pool was quite dirty. We stayed 3 nights and wished that we had a comfortable chair in our room. Just somewhere to sit when up earlier than everyone instead of just the bed. I understand COVID grab and go breakfast, however I don’t understand why there is not one healthy non sugar filled option. Cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, nuts?? Coffee creamer would also be nice, liquid? A coffee bar? Even though the breakfast area was closed this would have been really nice.

Rooms were very affordable. The rooms were nice size. Extremely clean and quite. The staff was amazing. Nice, knowledgeable, and full of sense of humor. The pools were great. Outside pool wasn't as deep as the inside pool but overall it was nice. Sauna was an added bonus which my son and I used a bit. The location was nice as well. We even walked down to all the shops one evening to enjoy some night life shopping. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I'm very impressed. Cleanest hotel I've stayed at in the dells.

It could use more pillows on the beds. I also would state that it would be nice if they stocked extra toiletries in the unit as well. We had to walk all the way down to the lobby for t.p.

Facility was clean, quiet at the edge of town, both indoor and outdoor pools were a great place to unwind. All staff we met was very friendly and informative. Rooms were similar to other larger resorts in the area. This is our 6th trip to the Dells and we had stayed at a different place each time, we would stay here again.

Parking on busy days is packed. The other stuff is related to covid restrictions. Limited grab and go breakfast and no room cleaning. The staff was very happy to give you any supplies you need.

I like that they put an extra layer of protection over the beds!!!! BIG BIG DEAL FOR ME!!!! First thing I do is check for bugs!!!! Sorry but I’m NOT TRYING TO BRING ANY EXTRA FRIENDS HOME!!!! We stay there most of the we go to the dells!!

I know COVID Is around still.. But I would have liked the garbage to picked up just once!!! Or at least pick up the garbage outside our room!! We had to take it out and down to the garbage can ourselves!!! And a Hot breakfast would have been nice! Other hotels are back doing it! I miss the waffle machine. You just don’t want to clean your room on vacation!!! But I don’t like a dirty room!!
