Once we convinced the check-in desk to move us from a remote facility to the main building, it was very nice being right next to the park. Parking was very accessible too, even with the heavy 4th of July traffic to the park. The rides were fantastic, and the staff was very accommodating.

We did not like where they 1st attempted to put us, but they relocated us. Then, the mattresses on the beds were completely shot ( all springs and slanting sideways from overuse and age)… but the came right away and changed out all four mattresses in the two rooms we had and those were much better. The park staff were all very nice, but some of the town store owners were not so friendly.

Unforgettable Fun at Mt. Olympus - A Truly Olympian Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mt. Olympus resort with my family, and I can confidently say, it was an exceptional experience! The park stood out as the highlight of our trip. My kids were absolutely thrilled by the vast array of attractions. The excitement was palpable as they tried out the various rides and spent countless hours splashing around in the water. There was a perfect blend of thrills and chills, catering to all ages.

What stood out during our stay was the superb customer service. We faced a slight hiccup with the wifi connectivity in our initial room. But to our relief, the manager personally intervened and ensured a swift room change. This quick response not only resolved our issue but also showed a level of care and commitment that was truly heartening.

Restaurants in the area were great, live the wait staff. The need was ok for a hotel. The park was clean.

On sunny days the park was so crowded they're was no room to move and no chairs to sit and to go on a ride you waited for a long time. And by the time I got to go on the Trojan house go carts with my 7 year old niece, the attendant said she was to tall and had to drive by herself. She, the attendant did not understand that she is 7 years old and did not drive and rode with other people all day. So we were not allowed on the ride and I was disappointed in the staff at the park.

Lots to do and location is great. Rooms are spacious, clean. We were in the section "Rome" so the close proximity to the water and theme park was good. Coffee shop in lobby served Starbucks. Access to Waterpark and rides gives you lots to do and they're are many good choices. Central location of hotel is great.

Very congested and check in is not on site - it's across town. While I understand this it would help if there were specific instructions highlighting this. Crazy busy - and only 1 small elevator. In order to get in and out of property it is a bit of a distance because the main entrance is blocked off. I thought price of over $200 a nite is very high and I get that includes parks but with food, gas etc for the average family that's really pricey.

The property was huge. It was quite a walk to get from our room to the water park but we managed to do it with 6 kids. The prices of the food and souvenirs were quite expensive and you can't bring your own food or drink, so one the hot days we were paying 4 to 6 dollars for a single bottled drink for each of the 8 people in our group. We spent the entire day at the water park and theme park. The kids had a blast. It was packed, lines were so long, but it was worth it for the kids.

Overpriced food and drinks. Long lines for rides and waterslide. Room was very plain. Mattresses on the bunk beds were uncomfortable and cheaply made.

Walk out my door across the parking lot and I’m in the Waterpark. Hotel Rome is the way to go. There is even an arcade and a place to grab a Hot coffee in the morning and a Hot pizza at night. There is no other place you need. Mt.Olympus has it all. And each year there is more to come.

I didn’t like the fact that we had to leave. A stay with Mt.Olympus will make you never want to leave. But when you do, you cannot wait to return. Water slides, pools, go-karts, thrill rides, roller coasters. This place has it all. No need to go anywhere else. Mt.Olympus ROCKS!!!

Room- perfect, bed- needs new mattress ,Sagging , dinner- great ordered and delivered to room.

I and a few others staying at the hotel felt threatened by others at the water park for the color of our skin. We are white. Families would stare at us giving us a angry look our way, my grand daughter was scared as all of us were. And I am not very white looking. So I would not recommend going back due to safety reasons. In fact on the 2nd day I stayed in my room because I was terrified and didn’t want any back lash from these people. And I was looking forward to a vacation.

We were in the center of everything to get too, the water park was awesome , very fun, theme park was awesome, very fun kids enjoyed and so did i.

To many people there to be able to do anything, stand in line for more than an hour to go down water slides, note to people that stay at Mt Olympus, arrive at water park when opens at 10 am, then you have the free will to do any ride. Also they shut down one of the water attractions, poseidon, and that's one we were looking forward to with our stay they never let us know until we got to the water park and never got any money back for not having it.

Every bit of the park. You don't need to go out and have FUN.. It's all here at Mt Olympus 😘😘😘😘😘😘👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Another thing I like about Mt Olympus is that you need not pay for the pool, water slides and rides. Except for one.. Lodging in the hotel covers every fun you need. My favorite was the MEDUSA water slide.

Housekeeping. No cleaning till guests check out. That's crazy. The management needs to work on that. How can you lodge for days or weeks without the housekeepers cleaning your room.

On our little family getaway, the kids had a blast at the indoor theme park. Check-in was a breeze and upon checking in, some accomodations were easily fulfilled by the Staff without issue. Granted our stay were during the off-season and outside of peak hours, this only added to the pleasurable experience we had during our stay. Even though the indoor amusement and water park did feel a little small, given the low number of people present, made for a wonderful time. Nearly zero wait time and plenty of seatings available. All staff that we encountered were pleasant.

Given the value and time of our stay, our expectations of activities that would be available for us to do were very limited. The indoor theme park were limited to young kids and the water park was also limited as well. But it was still very enjoyable for the kids.
