This is the second year me and my family came here. We love the lagoon. We love the outside jacuzzi. It is in the best place. Across from Mt. Olympus. Close walk to the stores and everything. We Love Hot Rocks restaurant across the street. This is now our vacation spot. We plan to come again next year. Even my adult teen Loves it. The ping pong table is their favorite thing to do together. And of course the jungle gym, in the water with the huge slide.That's what I call it. We even bbq. My Family loves that it has hotel rooms but it's like camping. Even did s'mores on the fire pit.

The outside jacuzzi jets didn't work this time but other then that it was awesome!!!!!

The room was huge and clean. The indoor pools were clean and nice. Onsite waterslide was awesome. We went to the Land Of Natura and had a blast. FYI they did tell us at the front desk kayaks were free, but they were not and the girl there said that happens all the time. So maybe inform the employees of that, It didn't affect our stay in the least, we still loved it, just a "bonus" answer. The employees were all courteous and attentive. For all you receive, the pricing is great. All in all, keep up the good work!! Thank you.

I love this place. This was my 2nd year in a row to stay here. This year, they have the amazing blow up obstacle course on water available with the price of the room! We didn't even go to any other water place. It was amazing for any age..children to adults. We will definitely stay there every time we visit WI Dells. It was like the game show wipe out, or as I also say it was like real life Roblox. So much fun! They also have a relaxing nice soft sand beach. Life vests were provided. Great deal & amazing time!

I thought the hotel pool had a little too much chlorine in it. Other than that, it was great.

loved the waterpark. We met one of the owners at the waterpark. He was nice. He actually explained the wristbands. One for the hotel, one for the waterpark because each place has ots own attractions, we never made it to the tree house park... its alot to do and its at separate locations. My kids had a blast! The staff.... goodness super friendly met staff lady from turkey and a male staff member from domincan republic at the hotel and both were extremely helpful and kind. It was good talking to them. Our hotel room was huge. The pictures do not show the size. The beds were really comfortable. The refrigerator was not listed on booking. com but it was in our room. You wont get through all the parks in two days unless you're fast. My kids loved the mining... did not see that listed either. Amazing beautiful parks.

I loved everything.... just a wish... treehouses with bathrooms, I came with many little kids who wouldve loved the treehouse expierence but with outside bathrooms we chose the hotel instead so we werent walking to go to a potty in the middle of the night.

The waterworks were great, didn’t have to wait in long line or worry about so many people. It was definitely worth our money compared to a lot of the other water parks in Wisconsin Dells.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bracelets they use that you have to have on at all times they are cheap and a few of my kids lost there’s and we didn’t realize until getting back to the hotel and then they charge you $20 to replace each one. They need to get better bracelets for people to wear that won’t tear or fall off like those plastic ones that have a button type thing on them.

The resort amenities are great! Pools lagoon and inflatables were beyond my expectations.

We upgraded to a tiny home but got the log tiny home. I specially asked for one of the black tiny homes and got the log cabin. We upgraded so we can have outdoor space, fire pit and most importantly for the grill. We did not have a grill the first day. It literally took 5 trips to the front desk to actually get a grill on the second day. We spent so much time talking to them trying to get the grill we upgraded for. Eventually got a grill to cook our last meal.

Love the lagoon, bar and gemstone mining! Most staff was very friendly and helpful!

Need to add hooks to the rooms to hang wet towels and bathing suits! Mattresses on bunkbeds were awful Asked for 2 extra pillows (bunk beds only came with 1) and because my husband gets migraines and needed to be propped up. We were told there were none to spare, only enough for each room. Hotel was not full, not by a longshot. Why are pillows such a hot commodity, it's a basic ask and a disappointment we didn't get any extras when needed.

Me and my spouse when on Wednesday to Saturday am was quite but is not that big the lagoon was ok I, the zoo was good but the swimming pool and hot pool and sauna, most of the time was occupied with teenagers, !!!! the facility need to set on the board with time for kid, adult, senior ect

hot jacuzzi & swimming pool was occupied must of the time , the first day at 8:30 pm I got lucky . the days after always been a lot of people, Friday night was crazy music drinking etc, I was in my room close enough to the heart everything, the door, slamming every time in and out

Their website is accurate and staff during check-in when mentioning that the Treehouse unit does not have running water or bathroom inside the unit, but to be honest, I was just really happy that it was clean and had a working A/C unit. The bathrooms are really close and lighted enough to make it feel safe (and is clean).

I was expecting more to the water park “resort”. The lagoon was small and felt like it was in the middle of the parking lot. I would not call it a resort at all, but the experience was well worth the stay.

The room had the feel of a treehouse which is what we wanted. The pool areas were great - we had lots of fun as they stayed open till 8pm. Staff were very helpful and check in and check out were quick.

The bunk beds my kids slept on had really uncomfortable mattresses with metal springs reaching the surface so very uncomfortable to sleep on. The double bed was fine though. The water in the communal showers was way too hot without a way to regulate the temperature.
