Quality Inn & Suites

Loved pancake machine and decent selection for breakfast. Room was clean and bathroom clean. Comfortable bed and air conditioning worked almost too well!

We had a handicap room but I find the beds in almost all. Hotels and motels now are extremely high. I am 5 ft. Tall and a senior who had to run and jump into the bed and pull myself by the covers to get into it. That seems ridiculous if I was in any worse shape. Than I am. I am finding the same issue with our other hotel (different chain) in Minneapolis but why????beds never used to be impossible to get in and out of.

Overnight stop over. The hotel had Wi-Fi and free parking. We had a very nice King bed room. It was clean and decorated well. Room had the usual Fridge, Microwave, TV, Coffee Maker, Iron/Ironing Board etc. There was a work desk and chair. Also had easy arm chair which was great and meant one of you didnt have to balance on side of bed if you wanted to sit down. Bathroom was average size, but had lots of work space to place your bits and pieces. Nice white soft towels. Free toiletries. Fixed over bath shower. There was a pool with towels provided. Breakfast was excellant. Good choice of hot and cold food. We liked this hotel a lot, and out of all the other Quality Inns we had used during our road trip, this was the best so far. We picked it because of its short distance to the Wisconsin Dells area.

When we drove into the car park, we could see rubbish strewn around by inconsiderate guests discarding their take away wrappers. We were wondering what sort of hotel we had booked. Once inside it was a diferent story. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. Sadly the outside let it down.

Typical breakfast except no fresh fruit. Had an end-of-hall room which was very quiet...never heard sounds from another visitor. Bed extremely comfortable. Very clean. Since you have to drive to anywhere to reach activities in The Dells, it really does not seem to make any difference for your hotel location unless you are only going to patronize one area. This hotel is basically right off the on ramp to I-94.

Drinking water in lobby to fill re-tillable water bottles or just to drink in a cup. Other locations have had ice water dispensers for use throughout the day. The only way to get drinking water was in the juice dispenser which was turned off after breakfast.

The day before arriving at Quality Inn, our car was broken into at the nearby state park. The hotel staff loaned us a vacuum cleaner to clean up all of the glass out of our car, changed our room to be by the car (which still had broken windows), then allowed us to have a late breakfast the next morning since we had to spend time contacting the insurance agent, glass company, etc. The staff did everything they could to help us. They were exceptional.

The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Our refrigerator was so frosted over it would not shut. I reported it and we had a new one when we returned from our days activities.

The outside of the property was covered in bird droppings, due to a large group of birds nesting in the eaves. There was a lt of garbage blowing around the parking lot and field in front of the hotel.

I liked the cleanliness of everything. The room was spacious and well it. The staff was very helpful. Location was close to the attractions that we wanted to visit. It was pretty easy to get to where we needed to go.

I felt the price was slightly high for a one night stay. I paid a five star price for a three star stay. I know because I have stayed in a five star hotel so it seems that the price was based on the fact that everyone is going on vacation after two years of lockdown instead of the value that it provides.

The checking was fast and easy many things around as far as restaurants and easy to get to from the hwy.

Only having one elevator as all rooms were booked, so if you're not on the first floor, you may be waiting for the elevator awhile also ice is not on second floor only on first and third also No Elvator sign on second floor so you may not know where elevator is.

The pool was not compatible for any of our group. The ladders are too difficult to use. The rungs are spaced to far apart and are not stable enough. We couldn't get in or out of the pool. The hotel is very nice, however the pool needs a set of stairs. I know portable stairs are available. My health club has them.

The hotel is ideally located just off the Interstate and close to the main attractions of Wisconsin Dells. Very clean and comfort facilities. The reception staff are super polite and courteous. The breakfast is of a good standard offering both hot and cold options. This is our second stay in 6 weeks and will certainly have no hesitation to use the hotel on our next trip. Highly recommended.

Excellent location close to interstate junction and leisure amenities. lovely greeting for receptionist and all areas showed high level of cleanliness. Breakfast was good with a good selection. This was our third stay and was not disappointed - will definitely book again.
