I was using the side door (if you facing main door it’s to your right side) and it’s never locked I think that door should be locked for safety and gust could use their card

Coffee and juice were good and plentiful. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

It was aparent some remodeling was in process and noise was a factor at times because of it. The TV was not working. The staff tried to fix it several times and it ended up the provider was at fault. NO CLOSET!! Th staff made our stay as comfortable as they could.

The location was close to the water park and Walmart. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere.

The pool area could be a little more clean and the hot tub could've been warmer. The breakfast was nice but I would've liked some eggs with my waffle.

I like that they where helpful if you need anything. It was nice that you can tell that are doing updates and look nice. It was nice flooring for a dog room friendly.

They need fix some stuff like broke washing machine for guest to use. And in the bathroom vent was about to fall down.but otherwise was nice and like it it was dog room friendly.

Bed was nice, breakfast was OK

Really need to come down on people with dogs. There was poop right by the entrance on the sidewalk, and all over the area for the dogs to go. I picked mine up, and a few others. My dog took forever to go because she was sniffing all the other poops!! These are the people who ruin the luxury of being able to take a pet to a hotel. And hot tub was empty, very disappointed. But we understand, it's February, and covid, all hotels are like this right now.

The price per night was very reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was an adequate variety of breakfast food. Waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereal and coffee was available 24/7! Microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The cleanliness was a bit under par in the common areas. Looks like there was water damage through out some of the first floor near the rooms. Unpainted areas on the walls through some of the hallways.

It was inexpensive and didn't have a 2 night minimum. The breakfast looked good even though I didn't have any. The front desk guy was nice enough although he didn't say too much. The heat worked and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice and it did not run out of hot water.

The cleanliness of the room could use improvement. There was crumbs and hair on the bed and the dresser was pretty dusty. Not very many tv channels.

The staff was very friendly. Clean rooms and quiet in the room, didn't hear the people in the rooms next to us so that was really nice.

The pool area could be cleaned. The side of the pool was very dirty with people writing things in the dirt around the inside of the pool. The whirlpool needs to be cleaned a bit and the sauna could be fixed up the floor was extremely dirty, it was usable and we enjoyed it so if they went in and did a deep clean in that area and fixed the sauna i would have given 10 out of 10 for this place!

I booked two rooms and wanted adjoining for the kids. The staff was prompt in emailing that they would book the rooms close. We had rooms across from each other and it worked well. I booked here for the breakfast and pool. The breakfast wasn't elaborate, but we were satisfied (my guys would have liked bacon or sausage with the waffles).

this one time our key was for a room that was occupied, but the staff at the front fixed it quickly. just need to make sure it’s secure for checking in so it doesn’t happen to others.
