The hotel overall was great!! The housekeeping does a phenomal job of keeping the place very clean!! The kitchen staff is absolutely amazing and friendly! There was alot of people at breakfast and they did an excellent job making sure the was always plenty of stocked food!!! They deserve recognition for the hospitality and excellence!!

No stairs for traveling just between floors. Elevator was slow since it’s the only way to travel in between floors. Husband found it quicker to take the stairs that lead only to the outside then walk around to the lobby quicker.

Overall clean and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent "happy hour" drink selections and friendly staff. Check in and out process was smooth. The patio area and outdoor area was beautiful and clean. Having an option for laundry services was a nice perk if we would have stayed longer. The king suite was amazing and the layout. Overall great amenities available in the room and at the facility.

The chlorine in the pool/spa was overwhelming, just too much. My eyes burned and my colleague and I had to leave within 15 min. While the happy hour was great, the food left much to be desired (soggy fries). The gym would benefit from being a bit larger with more options of weight machines.

The cleanliness of the room, the Dove products in the hotel, no generic off brands, the location of the hotel, the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly was a great plus! The basketball court was great for my son, the complimentary continental breakfasts meant a lot, the fresh coffee, so many great things about this hotel! The deck and grill brought it all together for us!

Not much that I didn't like to be honest, we had a great more than pleasant experience at this hotel... The kitchen did a great job with the breakfasts and fresh coffee!

This property was very close to all the attractions. This was a family vacation so it was nice to be by all of the fun stuff. The complimentary breakfast and room space was perfect for my family of 6. I also liked having a kitchen to be able to cook and have snacks for the kids.

More options for breakfast would have been nice. Possible having all day access to the fountain drink machine. This hotel only had discount tickets for Noah’s Ark and Natura, would have like to go to other water parks with a discount

Probably one of the best places we've stayed. The suite was clean, updated and had everything we needed - including a laundry basket! The beds were comfy, breakfast had a good selection and the outdoor community space was a great option for our teens. I LOVED that the bathrooms had full size Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion in each bathroom.

The bedding is thin so an extra blanket in the closet would have been nice. The sleeper sofa was a leather texture and sunk in a bit. Would have preferred a fabric sofa.

Almost everything, the rooms had almost everything you can think of, felt like my own home. Most hotels I’ve been in had very small refrigerators and doesn’t have a lot of cooking utilities but Staybridge suites have a big refrigerator with large space which is awesome for a family size or even couples. I love the fact that the bathrooms were stocked with dove body wash, conditioner and shampoo. The bathrooms had hand soap and cream 😍👍🏼👍🏼😍. And the list goes on and on………. overall I love and enjoyed my stay at Staybridge hotel!

The only thing I didn’t really like was the fact that breakfast didn’t have so much options to choose from. Was basically waffles and oatmeal and also the room had a master’s switch which controls all the lights in all rooms. I would have love to see the switch controlled manually.

The free breakfast had a good variety of food. We never left hungry! Absolutely loved the size of our room. We didn't utilize the kitchen much, but it was nice to have the full sized refrigerator and actual counter space for making my morning coffee.

It would have been nice to have real plates and silverware for our breakfast, as opposed to Styrofoam and plastic.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby was clean and beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean. The outside area was clean and the courtyard was beautiful. The breakfast was great with many choices to choose from.

The smell of chlorine was a bit strong in the pool area. I get that you need to keep it clean (which it was) but it could have been ventilated a bit better. Nice pool area though.

Awesome location surrounded by restaurants, indoor amusement parks, waterparks, outlet mall, and much more! The one bedroom double Queen suite and separate living space with full kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. refrigerator, stovetop extra bonus! The beds and pillows super comfy! The free breakfast in the mornings excellent! Discounted attraction tickets also offered with your stay! Staybridge Suites was above and beyond in our expectations :)

The chlorine levels in the pool area was super toxic and almost well intolerable!!! Bad chlorine reactions on our skin, eyes and two of my kids asthma was exacerbated by the fumes. Also I’m not sure if we were all so stuffed with and sneezing with our allergies in the rooms because pets are allowed in the rooms or the air filter needed to be changed. Our allergies definitely cleared up after we left!

Everything was great! The continental breakfast is excellent. Our room was great. I loved to cleanliness of everything. I loved that the shampoo/conditioner/ soap was not watered down in our bathroom. Having stuff labeled and signs were great.

Having some more pillows and extra blankets on the bed would be great. Bigger trash cans in the room
