Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Airport

Very close to General Mitchell Airport so great if you're having to catch early morning flight or arrive late in evening. Shuttle service based at the hotel. Plenty of car parking outside. Spacious and beautifully appointed rooms and facilities. Extremely customer focussed staff. Small shop on site and a pleasant bar and restaurant also.

The staff was friendly. Shuttle driver was so nice and friendly. Gave me some suggestions on things to do and places to go. We had breakfast there. Alex was amazing. The food and the chef were great. Everything was clean. The room was nice. Very easy process.

When I got there at 10am they didn't have a king room I booked ready. She said there were none available and I'd have to wait or change to a different room if I wanted to check-in early. I did do that and the staff member was great, however I think that check-in should be allowed before 3pm. I was looking forward to using the hot tub, and it was closed all 4 days. I was a little disappointed. Other than that everything was great.

bed started comfy but wasnt until flip flopped. wonder how often rotate bed as the head part dipped down so slept with head by feet and much comfier.

Excellent accommodation when flying in or out of General Mitchell International Airport. 24 hour reception staff were able to check me in after I arrived on a very early morning flight at 2am. Very helpful and friendly staff on the two occasions I stayed when visiting Wisconsin. Car parking directly outside and free of charge. Large, quiet and well-appointed executive rooms. Big, comfortable beds. Inside heated pool and jacuzzi. Free hotel shuttle to airport. Pleasant and well serviced bar and restaurant. Small shop next to reception also onsite.

Nothing. Very functional but pleasant and exceeded expectations for a stopover hotel when needing to be close to the airport.

waited long time for shuttle after calling hotel with arrival. apparently staff did not inform shuttle driver. I had talked to front desk before arrival since we were arriving close to midnight. they assured me at that time that a note had been put on the reservation about the late arrival and the fight number, etc. I ended up calling twice after arrival to get the shuttle to come. watched the shuttle for a couple other hotels stop including the Hilton city center shuttle with our flight crew pick up. kinda defeated the purpose of getting an airport hotel…..

Everything was great and went smoothly! The free airport shuttle was ready to pick me up 5min after I called for pickup. Such a convenient service! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and most importantly, quiet. The little convenience store by the reception had everything from little sandwiches, to snacks, to toiletries. If I'm ever in MKE again, I'll definitely come here!

When I asked for bread with my salad at the restaurant, they gave me a brioche slice, which I thought was odd. But nothing major.

I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillow and the convenience of being close to downtown without the downtown surcharge. I also liked the pool and the sweet staff.

I didn't like that the hot tub wasn't working. And that I didn't get my breakfast voucher when I checked in. I had already grabbed breakfast and then I was brought over a bill. I went and asked the front desk why I was being charged. Only then was I told I needed my breakfast voucher.

Everything was wonderful. The facilities were very clean. The breakfast was great, they had a chef making omelets, and the bar was stocked appropriately with good alcohol, beer and other spirits. The staff was more than accommodating and the distance from the airport was less than 5mins. I'd definitely stay here again & recommend people to stay here.

The only issue we had was the cleaning staff didn't clean our room when we scheduled it. We only had a 3 day stay and asked for one day for the cleaning staff to come in and when we got back to our room that night, we realized no one came in that day.

I enjoyed the on site bar and restaurant., and the free waters at check-in.

I don’t like the lack of housekeeping service for basic amenities like towels, shampoo and coffee pods. Its inconvenient to have to ask for those each day. If the room isn’t getting cleaned daily (which I’m fine with) at least have extra basics already in the room.

Craig (I believe was front desk agent name) was very friendly.. He was quite accommodating when we had to switch room types.. Check in was quick & simple.. Room was spacious & very clean.

Only thing I didn't like was the pillows were too soft & the bed was too firm. Personal preference I know but still. Both my husband & I woke up multiple times throughout the night uncomfortable & in pain.
