The room was big and very clean. The window shades were very effective and truly blocked light from getting in and waking me up. The hotel was very quiet even though it was right next to the Airport. The staff were super friendly and gave great advice about the area. The property felt country-like, again despite being next to an Airport. It was a great experience.

No complaints at all.

The continental breakfast, front desk staff and kitchen staff was amazing!!!

There was a group of people that showed up on my last 2 days there which was a Saturday and Sunday they completely took over the down stairs area and out door area where you couldn't go down to sit in the lobby or outside by the fire pit. I'm not sure if they paid to do that but it was made impossible to sit in those areas. If families want to do that I think they should be offered a separate area to socialize because it leave the other guest of the hotel no where to go.

I paid to leave my car at the hotel when I flew out on a short vacation (6days) and was charged $45 (rate for 2 week) instead of $25 (rate for 1 week). I didn't notice until I paid my credit card bill. I was quoted the $25 when I checked in. Not sure what happened.

Everything from the front desk help check in smooth the room were very clean I'm super picky met my expectations, I've been to some if these other over priced nightmares, but here the breakfast smelled awesome didn't get a chance to eat due to early engagements but the coffee was delicious I'll definitely be back.

The only thing I would suggest is replacing the regular coffee maker with kuerig instead if the regular coffee maker kuerig so much. more convenient but as I said the coffee aroma from the lobby the coffee were very delicious.

We always enjoy our stay here. Highly recommend it. Very accommodating. Great breakfast options. Love the pool and outdoors fire feature. The airport sounds are not noticeable from inside, at all.

Covid has created the sitaution at many hotels where room cleaning isn't completed until after three days. I miss it. But it is not unique to this experience or this hotel. We are on our way to New Orleans next and it is the same policy there, different hotel.

Very clean and quiet. My room was near the pool was nice and convenient. The pool was warm, and towels were provided. Complimentary water bottles were a bonus for me. Shuttle bus to local restaurants and stores was a nice touch. Nice size room quiet and near breakfast area. Nice variety of food. Everyone was super nice.

All was well. Except the sink in my room (107) had a clog and the water would not go down. and the garbage disposal did not work.

Brother enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Location is easy to find and close to where we wanted to be Beds are excellent very comfortable

the room above ours must of had children that where running and jumping most of the night till around 10:00

Newer hotel, grounds are beautiful, nice outdoor patio with fire table and grills, rooms are clean, bright, climate control is excellent, quiet. Breakfast offered a nice variety and staff are excellent in assisting guests.

I can't think of anything which for me is rare...LOL!

Location was great. I got the room I book. The room was great. Shower was OK but the doorway was a little narrow into the shower. Loved the larger than usual fridge and the dished already there. The breakfast was better the second day than the first.

First day the hot food was not rotated out when it got overly dried out from being in the warmer. Staff failed to replenish the waffle batter; my wife really wanted some waffles.

I liked that they offered transportation to places in the city to get groceries or something else. I liked that they had a fire going outside during my stay there with my husband Matthew.

Honestly there wasn't much if anything that I didn't like. There was one thing which was the lack of frozen food options that they offered during our stay.
