It is a great location between the airport and visiting my family in Greendale. We like the two bedroom suite when traveling with children. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The room is a bit worn down. I stayed in the same 2-bedroom suite in December 2023. The towel rack fell off the wall in the bathroom. I told the staff. On this visit, the towel rack fell down again! I let the staff know. The table in the room was in bad shape and needed some attention. In the two bedroom suite - there are windows in the door between the two rooms?! Rather odd for privacy purposes. In December, we bought some Christmas wrapping paper to tape over the windows between the rooms!!

The customer service was excellent! Everyone was super nice. I was worried we weren't going to get conjoined rooms but when I got there the lady at desk said we have you in rooms next to each other and it's conjoined. I was so happy. Not every place takes into account kids when guest book two rooms. I was very pleased.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast choices. The pool was kid friendly with a basketball hoop and sprinklers for the tiny ones. Hot tub for adults was great. My grandson didn't want to leave .

I thought fresh towels would be brought to our room while we were out. Im sure if I asked they would have been provided.

The property was close to Milwaukee Summer Fest. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Upon check-in, our group needed adjoining two queen bedrooms. The woman at the desk moved around a few other reservations who didn't need adjoining rooms to accommodate our request. So wonderful! The complimentary breakfast was an excellent way to start our day before check out. We will stay at this hotel again in the future.

The heat/air in one of the rooms was not working but you guys sent someone to replace the part. So thank you No o e made our beds or changed the towels

The breakfast was good. It had a wide variety and good coffee. The pool area had a great Hot tub, and the pool was great for my grandchildren. Nice clean bathroom in the room. Plenty of bathrooms throughout the building.

The coffee machine in my room didn't work and the basketball hoops in the pool area were missing.

The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was further from the central city, than I thought, but it was fine. Staff were very polite and courteous and the manager went above and beyond in helping me with something I didn’t know about. Thank you.

The bed. It was too firm. My husband has back problems so he wasn’t able to sleep on the bed. He slept on the chaise lounge, that was in our room. Maybe get beds that are not as firm. Thank you.

This was our second time staying here. The breakfast is great for a hotel breakfast. So many options! And the kids love the pool. It’s not a deep pool but perfect for little kids to play in. We love staying in Oak Creek when we come to Milwaukee. Great area! Service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly.

Room were of amble size with comfortable beds/pillows. Pool area was great entertainment for our 5 & 7 year old. Breakfast was nice to have on-site. Facility was very secure with accommodating staff.

More breakfast options would be appreciated. Bathrooms and rooms could use some updating. Kids disappointed that the basketball hoops/nets were not available.

The hotel was clean and welcoming! Staff were very professional and friendly!

There were some guests in the pool who made the pool experience uncomfortable for my kids.
