The location was great.....changes in the lobby area are very nice, did not use any amenities, just the room......the heating and air conditioning was inconsistent, put on cool and still hot air was coming out.....The shower head is too large for the shower and the floor gets wet as the inside shower curtain is too short. Beds are very comfortable!

Because of the Harley rally the room rate at least doubled from what is normal. I could have a condo on the white beach in Florida for the same fee as Racine Wisconsin. It was definitely price gouging.

Every body was very friendly and nice! Place was very clean! The kids really enjoyed the pool! And breakfast was very delicious!

There's nothing I didn't like! Maybe because we had to come back home and our vacation had to come to the end!

I believe that the staff was extremely accommodating! I traveled with my over 90 year old parents. The staff went out of there way to make the experience easy for them and myself. They gave them a room on the main floor and close to the lobby and gave myself a room near my folks. They also gave us an early check in to make it easier on us!! I can't say enough about our visit!!

The only thing I would have liked to have had differently would have had the bar/restaurant open early. Maybe around noon.

The shower curtains should be changed to have the magnets to keep the curtain against tub. Air conditioning didn’t work well in my room.

Advertised continental breakfast and they did not have it. Charged for breakfast buffet.

The hotel itself is very well done and pleasing. The room was large and comfortable.

The bar / restaurant seems like an after thought . The breakfast was less than great and the hostess lacked hospitality.

Didn't have breakfast but the location is perfect. the rooms are always clean. I won't stay at any other hotel unless delta is booked up.

No complaints everything was great as always. I even got complimentary drinks for the bar for the first time so I thought that was cool.

Breakfast could have been better. And , the women letting her damn dogs bark in the parking lot at7:30 in the morning the staff seemed reluctant to do anything so at 8:00 am I opened the window and yelled from the fourth floor, for her to shut those dogs up I do believe she was a patron of the hotel!
