Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kenosha Pleasant Prairie

The breakfast ran out of main dish (Jamaican eggs) by 7:30 and was not replenished. 15 minutes later the waffles were gone. The waffle maker was not set up to be used, for unknown reasons. Pretty skimpy offerings too. Best Western in same area was so much better with breakfast--constantly cleaning and replenishing with more selection. Staff (only interacted with one person) was impressive, best ever with answering questions, giving info, and welcoming.

Close to major highway, as well as the event sport complex we were competing at. The hotel was clean and quiet. Great breakfasts, easy parking, and friendly staff. Shout out to Lori for a wonderful job with breakfast service. She even assisted with one of the young clientele, who needed a little assistance after a slight mishap running back to her table. Way to go!

We were very happy to have received an upgraded room(this was even before we arrived and asked about the pricing difference, being that it was a higher price in the early morning hours when we booked and the price difference was about 12 hrs later in the evening before arrival, was only looking for directions and the price popped up at a different rate). The breakfast lady was SO kind and very on top of keeping the areas clean and sanitized. We appreciated the stay especially during a holiday weekend. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

I was a little disappointed with how defensive the desk help got when I asked about pricing at check in. I apologized if she felt that I came off offensive. But I did ask my spouse if he felt the tension and if he thought I was rude in any way...and he didn't believe so. I simply asked a question. And she did make the price adjustment. I just believed too defensive for proper customer service.

We stayed here to go to the Bristol ren faire, it's 6 minutes from the site, so the location couldn't be better for that, the bed was comfy, the room is spacious and well lit and very clean.

The smoke detector has a rather bright indicator light that blinks every minute, it made it slightly harder to fall asleep, it probably won't bother most people, I'm just bad at sleeping.

newly remodeled, contemporary decor. Comfortable beds and big TV and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I give the breakfast a seven. I really wish as a standard offering these upper middle chains would carry plain yogurt, fresh fruit, and more multi grain - healthy options.

Rachel at the front desk was very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! I especially liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. Having pool time reserved was nice, knowing there wouldn’t be tons of other people there (especially since the pool was on the small side).

The pool was a little chilly, and it was tough to find places in the bathroom to hang our wet suits and towels. Very minor inconveniences though!

Room was exceptional, clean and amazing. Staff was answering all of my questions and was very friendly. I would recommend this place for a stay. Location perfect, breakfast was nice, they had a lot of things to choose from.

There was a clogged drain in the sink. I said that we need nonsmoking room, but the ventilation brought all the smoke from the neighbors.

Very clean and nicely kept property! About 45 minutes from Milwaukee and about 1 hour-ish from Chicago by car. Perfect location if you don’t wanna pay Chicago hotel prices! Amazing hotel staff as well!

Easy check in. Desk clerk was very accommodating. Room was spacious and very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Parking was also convenient. There were also some charging stations. A nice assortment for breakfast was also available. Will definitely go back.

One of the elevators was not working.

This is our second year starting while we were in town for the renn faire and plan to return every year. The staff is great and very accommodating.

Room service was requested and had to be requested a second time when they didn't come.
