I loved my view from the room. Housekeeping was very nice as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. T

The front desk staff was kind of rude, male Manager seemed annoyed when I asked him questions. The downstairs entrance to the terrace was closed and was not marked seemed like a dungeon. The terrace was closed and not put together, that was one of the reasons why I picked this hotel. I loved the flooring but it was super loud when people were trying to sleep , carpet would of been better. Staff really should just smile! the nicest people I met were the housekeepers, hence why I tipped them!

Location is fantastic. We can walk to a lot of great restaurants, and I love that you are right on the water. the water room view is amazing and we always make sure to get the room with the water view. We are also only 2 minutes' drive from the beach!

I feel like you should invest in quieter door handles as it sounds like we are slamming doors when we close the door. Also, elevator beep can be heard all the way from our rooms. This is the only complaint everything else is perfect.

Booked last minute through Booking and got king bed and room at end of quiet hall. Staff friendly. Areas clean. Breakfast options good. Good location.

Love the location!! I was glad they were watching to make sure others didn't park there. I liked having eggs and sausage for breakfast and the cereal choices were what we liked. Nice plug-ins by the lights.

The pool was disappointing because it was only 3 feet deep and was hard to swim in it. I wish there had been a towel hanger in the bathroom. The hook on the back of the door was broken off. (Room 416)

I liked the pancake machine! It was easy and made delicious pancakes!! We would prefer bacon over sausage. The little omelettes with cheese were good. Nice bedside tables. Nice plugins were available for phone charging and hearing aide charger.

One day you were out of peanut butter. The closet was little. No kleenex until we asked. Not enough hangers to hang clothes up.

everything was great about the place except for some of the staff, weren’t as friendly as we would of liked and this black lady at front rolled her eyes so hard when we asked if they can replace the batteries on the fire alarm cuz it was beeping every couple minutes..and that’s right when we got there so not a good impression, and I didn’t think it was that big of a request and we were so friendly about so that was a bit awkward other than that everything else was good!

The location was beautiful watching the boats and people.The view was panoramic.We enjoyed the fireworks.It was very relaxing and everything was within walking distance and praying we will make it for the family gathering next year.

The shower drainage was my biggest problem.While you shower, the water will continue to stand in the shower and I didn't care for that.

Best location in Kenosha. Although there are no balconies , there is a wonderful lake view with big picture windows. The breakfast area was nice and we all got a kick out of the pancake machine. The whole hotel smells great and the rooms are exceptionally clean.

We've stayed at this property through many owners and your renovations are great. I hope that there are more to come. The location has always been the best, right on the water. The rates are also very reasonable. Front desk clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The biggest thing we noticed was threadbare curtains on the windows and the dated bath/showers. Our toilet didn't seem securely fastened to the floor. Hopefully, its a work in progress.
