I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for my needs. The day manager and the breakfast lady were super nice people. I also really liked the unique room--single bed with couch and chair, desk, and even a little breakfast nook. In a square instead of rectangle format.

Hotel was in the middle of renovations, so half of it was blocked off. The hot tub wasn't available "indefinitely." I also thought the night manager was a little "short" with his instructions and responses, but overall he wasn't bad.

It wasn’t as modern as some Holiday Inns, but still clean and convenient location. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels etc.

Pancake machine wasn’t running due to lack of batter. Hot tub apparently hadn’t been working since February which was a disappointment. Pool was ok however the sides could use a good scrubbing as grime buildup was noticeable. Overall the hotel needs to be updated to be more in line with what one expects from a Holiday Inn.

The king size room was very large with a sofa, kitchenette and lots of room for our little one to play. The staff provided a requested crib within minutes. Housekeeping was very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was great and hot coffee regular or decaf is available all day.

They are going to need more parking.

Hotel is just a few blocks from our family so it was very convenient. Loved that we could have breakfast at the hotel every morning before starting our day. The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful when we had questions.

One morning there was no hot breakfast available, only cold. It would have been nice if they had posted why it was not being provided that day.

The facilities were great, we loved the breakfast selection. Our room was comfortable. Great location for what we were doing. The pool was a highlight for my kiddos.

The hot tub wasn't open, would have been nice to know that before we went, my kids were disappointed that they couldn't get in the hot tub

The location was excellent, staff were wonderful.

Found a pair of women’s panties hanging in the shower when we checked in.

The breakfast was great, and the woman working in the kitchen and cleaning up spills was AMAZING! It was obvious that she enjoyed her work! I like having an option in the room to run the fan at all times for better sleep!

Breakfast was quite a spread. Delicious! Location was perfect! Room design was awesome!

Sorry to say, it's time for a new couch.

Staff was super friendly, the place was very clean, and the room was much bigger than we expected. We were also pleasantly surprised that they had hot items for breakfast (so many hotels have removed this due to COVID).

The location isn't terrible. We were near where we needed to be, but in general, you would need a car to get anywhere.

The hotel offered hot breakfast foods as well as the standard continental items.

The beds were hard and it would have been helpful if the hotel provided its guests with a one sheet document to welcome them to the hotel/area that included the hotels TV channels and near by business.
