I booked this room online because I loved the price and I loved the idea of breakfast in the morning. It absoluted exceeded my expectations of breakfast as there was so much to choose from! Bisquits and gravy, sausage, yogurt, bagels, fruit and a waffle machine where you could make your own waffles! There was fresh coffee and array of juices with a nice dining area. It was fun for the teenagers I had with me to serve themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and filled up before heading back home to Missouri. I especially appreciated the location as it was right off the highway. We were coming from Six Flags in Gurnee IL about which was only about 20minures away from there. We were tired from the days adventures so it nice to quickly settle in for the night! The front desk lady was nice and I asked her for an extra blanket which she got for me. The heated indoor pool was nice for a morning swim anf our room was spaciacious and clean. Great value for the price. We were very pleased and we would like to stay there again! 😊

The only thing I didn't like was the fold out bed/cot wich was very uncomfortable to me and for me personally, I didnt sleep well, however I was still very grateful for the fact that I got to sleep in a sperated area apart from the teenagers who were excited to stay up late. When I wanted to turn in early I was able to close the door to the adjacent room and go to sleep.

My kids were able to enjoy the swimming pool at night time is open not like other places that keep it close as excuse for the pandemic

Breakfast was ok enough food to choose for free specially for the kiddos freach toast waffles fruit yogurt apple juice orange juice eggs sausage toast raisin bread coffee tea cereals muffins 😋

It was kind of late in the evening and we asked for additional coffee cream and there was none left and the guy at the front counter kind of gave us an attitude and treated us almost like we're a bunch of teenagers. More like very condescending

The King Suite was supreme, so many bonuses and hidden highlights. 2 rooms with 2 televisions (which we didn't expect), so we didn't have to share a television with my son. Jacuzzi tub with lighting and Bluetooth speaker, clean and well-kept room.

The location was good, but the breakfast was ok but the egg was cold and there were no forks

For the eggs and links to been hot, they were cold and better sweets, I was surprised of the quality of food because we have stayed in different Comfort Inn, the food has been great,

Nice layout, breakfast area, room & price. We were very happy with this hotel, just everything we needed. We were in Kenosha to attend a funeral & this hotel was very nice.

Everything we loved everything. breakfast as so delicious too. we have came and stayed at least 5 times in a group of 10 it’s always nice with all my family members and we all love it!

bathroom door was a little hard to shut but overall did not effect my thoughts of the hotel, it was a great stay

people renting a room smoking (not cigarettes) coming through the vents the guy gave me air freshener lol I’m ok with that. I guess but I would get fine if I smoke a cigarette lol 😂

The room itself had a separate sitting room. The sink with separate from the toilet and tub.

The bridge was icy and fell a number of time. Took to the manager and they really didn’t help except to stay it wasn’t theirs to salt. I feel they could have salted it anyways since it is a mod to get to their hotel too
