The Ingleside Hotel

I like that the room was spacious and clean! The shower was huge— love that! I love the style of the bedroom. The room smelled fresh, even in the lobby, there was no foul smell whatsoever. You can tell that the hotel guests abide by the rules, they all smoked outside which is always helpful in keeping the place up-to-par.

I truly disliked how a member of staff left our new sheets and towels on the floor by our room door outside. Who is supposed to use towels/sheets left outside our door on the floor? That is not sanitary! I've never seen that at any hotel I've been to, and I've been to a lot of hotels all over the world. I also didn't like that the wifi stopped working the evening we arrived and it never worked again after that.

The space in the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole was really on point. The pool was warm and nicely set up. The water park was really perfect for my kids (5/9).

The hotel held a $100 a night fee for incidentals that was not advertised in our booking and felt pretentious considering our fridge never worked and we never got a visit from housekeeping to replenish things like coffee and towels. The space on the fold out couch was below average so we asked for a cot to find they do not offer them. One of my kids slept on the floor. It also wasn’t advertised that the water park was a separate fee and only available on certain days.

The staff was very polite and the pet friendly aspect was well shown by the amount of pretty amenities available. The property was well kept and the signs reinforcing that non family friendly behavior, parties, bad language, tattoos, poor clothing choices, etc. was unacceptable. We traveled with our children and this made the stay very enjoyable to not have to deal with riff raff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I loved the shower water pressure!

We had booked through a third party and were unaware that the water park passes were not included with the price. At first it seemed expensive for the 2 night stay and water park passes but the lack of guests actually at the water park made the lines short and plenty of room available so the price was totally worth it.

Breakfast was really convenient and well priced. The kiddie area was large and had plenty of space and things to do. Location was easy to find and close to home. The room was nice and the hotel was very well kept. Even the other guests were well mannered.

The waterpark area was cold the first night. Better the second day but still a little cold- this is my only serious complaint, my baby couldn't play because he was too cold unless wrapped in a towel. Also the single rider slide hurt my back on the way down, all the creases were not smooth.

When I canceled the 3rd night so we could be closer to the airport they said it was fine but to call booking. Com to let them know. When I called booking.com they put me on hold and when they came back I got charged $9.75 for a call to the UK. I will not be using booking again. They told me to dispute it with my bank.

Nice and clean room. Nice in-house bar and restaurant.

Long walk needed to take from the reception to the room, it was very inconvenient to pull our suitcases in long carpeted corridor till the room. The complementary band for the water park access was not provided to us even though it was mentioned at the time of booking.

The room was good. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great, close to all locations where I traveled. When I had more coffee pods delivered, the delivery person even made the bed and cleaned eventhough I know daily cleanings are not happening yet. Breakfast and wrap for lunch at Didi's was very good.

No free breakfast. Only cereal, pastries, and milk for sale. I could not get the window shade down. There was a piece of metal on the right side of the bed sticking out that caught my foot. There should be more coffee pods and sugar/creamer packs equal to the amount of days a guest is staying.

The location and the accessibility to the Waterpark and the hotel pool. Everything was kid friendly.

Room only got clean on the third day of a stay. No microwave in the room. The towels were not changed out daily.

Our stay was perfect. It was our first time there and wanted to experience the water park. The staff was super friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well kept.

Because of the water park, the hotel has a lot of kids. You'll hear kids yelling or crying through the day and night. In our case, waking us up early in the morning after a long night. Water park is over crowded as well; hard to find chairs, tables, tubes, and the pool and hot tub were overly crowded.

it's a beautiful property. I loved the room. very modern. very comfortable bed. loved the modern bathroom. I also enjoyed the fish fry in one of the restaurants. the only thing I didn't like is that there is no breakfast (which was fine), but no microwave in the room either. thankfully my sister-in-law was in a suite that had a microwave which she let me use to make a cup of tea. I don't like using the coffee maker to heat water for tea because then my tea tastes like coffee. (imagine!)
