Good location. Lots of dining choices nearby. Our room was excellent- large, clean, modern, comfortable. The staff was wonderful. My wife walks with a cane, so the desk clerk let me get her into the room and then come back and register. What a nice touch! The room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was adequate-eggs, sausage, ham. An employee kept everything full and neat. Great job by everyone at this facility. The management really cares and it shows!

Obed the breakfast. There was entry Only bad thing, one the first morning, the coffee dispeser shot out vertically all over me, the counter and the floor. No, o didn't get burned... but I had to wait until I got back to my room to call the office, as mo one responded to my call out at the desk.
TV was a little obstinate. Even the young lady who ce into help was a little miffed at it.

I stayed on lower level the main entrance door C did not latch anyone could get in if door was not completely pulled shut. It is a older building alot of rusty doors and holes in bathroom ceiling .

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Air flow was stagnant at night since the outside air temperature fell into 50s air conditioner would not turn on; I had to purchase a room fan from the Home Depot next door. The breakfast was meager, low quality options.

The breakfast at this location was nice. A variety of food items and beverages were offered. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Also, a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant is located across the street.
It would have been nice to have some shredded cheese for the eggs.

I cleaned rooms in a hotel for 11 years and was very happy with the person who worked so hard to make the room I was in so nice. it had a nice breakfast selection that was waiting in the lobby. eggs sausage waffles cereal toast juice coffee tea it was nice.
I'm not a fast talker and I've never been able to catch everything someone says If they happen to be. I just wish the lady working the afternoon desk had slowed down a little. I may have cleaned rooms for many years but I have very seldom needed to stay in one

The location is great for any Milwaukee activities. This is the first Midwest hotel where we had hot eggs and waffles since Covid began. And everything was spotless and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, including various pillow options. One of the front desk staff went above and beyond and shipped me an item that I left in the hotel room. I called the same day as checkout and the item was right there. I gave her a payment method for shipping and it arrived a few days later - you're the best Elfrita!!

I like how the room is set up. They have a unit that is set up with a larger fridge with the freezer on top, a microwave and table with chairs. Bed was super comfortable and I like the heating/cooling unit that had a digital temperature control. The rooms smell clean! Great place to stay for your money. Highly recommend!
