Baymont by Wyndham Waukesha

They have a pretty common breakfast setup similar to LaQuinta. Fake eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. the cleaning staff was always polite and nice. The other fortuitous thing was I had a rental car and Woodsman’s was almost right down the road, and we were pretty close to Milwaukee and other places we wanted to visit. The other thing was the staff does not tolerate racist remarks and an individual was witnessed being escorted off the property.

Upon entering the hotel room, the bathroom was dirty (trip to woodsman’s, and scrub the tub). The coffee originally in the room and at the breakfast bar is not strong and I had a problem with the flavor. I went to woodsman’s and got coffee and the tiny filters that fit their machine.

From the our room, the pool, very very clean excellent facilities within the room!!

The staff at the front desk, Rude bias, I on my first night stay asked for a another BLANKET was asked how many nights I was staying and then told I would have to ask house keeping in the morning, ABOUSTLY INEXCUSABLE!!! SO next morning I requested a blanket from the house keeping staff (in the hallway) they brought to my room a full set of sheets ( not what I asked for ) then to proceed to coming back from a Huge Family function, I went to the Front desk ,and after he told me, he was going to call the police, and I said save me the call I'm about to call them to OVER AN EXTRA BLANKET... in the end he went and "found one".... HORRIFIC cust service

We stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was very spacious & comfortable. The morning breakfast staff was very friendly & attentive :)

The check in process made us uncomfortable, we waited for about 25 minutes while the older white lady at the front desk(with a black eye) happily conversed & checked in another white lady customer. When it was our turn to check in she was very short & stern & not friendly at all, she would not make eye contact & tossed the key card & credit card across the desk rather then handing it to me. We had to ask about breakfast times & she seemed very upset to be speaking to us. I honestly felt she was racist & it definitely made my husband & I uncomfortable!

I stayed 2 nights. Clean, comfortable, staff was great. The breakfast spread is awesome. Way better than Extended Stay. Will be returning. I told Nick, the owner, I usually stayed at Extended Stay, but no more, it's the Baymont for now on.

I didn't have a waffle maker in my room. 😂 Joking.

No hot protein except eggs. No meat sausage or bacon my only thought. I eat egg whites only so it be an issue with me. I had the Belgian waffles which where good. I had a slip and fell near breakfast bar onto my arm and hip. Staff was very nice and concerned. Took my incident and reported it accordingly.

😀Nothing it was all good… will stay again when I return to Waukesha Wi.. pool was closed next time I hope it will be open.

Perhaps my family had fun in the pool that they were so tired to go for the breakfast. The rooms were good, and the beds were comfortable.

I can't think of anything right now! My family said everything was good for them so I agreed with them.

Why did I not get my room deposited back?

I treated the room like it was a house I was watching why a close friend went on vacation why did I not get my deposit back?

Jacuzzi was large

The wall around the bathroom light fixture. Updated but half finished! Living area furniture could use an update and the heater didn't work in that area either.

Staff was very courteous upon check in and check out. It was quiet. Rooms were clean, etc. The pool was open and breakfast was included.

I discussed with the a.m. front desk person what could be a bit better but it didn't change my mind about staying at the facility again.

The breakfast was amazing the guy at front desk was very nice

Everything was fine not a Hilton but nice to stay at for a couple nights
