Free parking great price. Clean and staff accommodating. Ice machine worked. pop machine worked. Refrigerator and microwave worked in room. Water pressure was good and hot. Room smelled clean and not like mildew. Linen clean. Near mall and a lot of shopping options.

one room included breakfast prepaid “breakfast included”. The other read as “breakfast available” because bar is on site and can be charged to your room. It should say Breakfast “not” included but can be purchased for $15 adults and 7.50 kids.

I liked the staff, facility and room!

The jacuzzi bubble is too loud and gets annoying when I was trying to talk to my boyfriend

Room was big enough and clean.

No breakfast offered with room. No local channels on tv. Other channels had a fuzzy picture. Checking guy was no help with tv questions.

Breakfast was not included. We had to pay $15 pp for a buffet. The server gave us our drinks so we had to tip (or felt obligated to)...again, a buffet. Daily housekeeping was not included. We could get service, but had to ask for it. There were 2 small wastebaskets so we had to put garbage out daily . For what we paid for our room, both items should have been included.

The Jacuzzi and the swimming pool were open, and most of the facilities to enjoy my stay. The staff is very friendly and personable. The location is very nice, a lot restaurants, stores and shopping malls in the area.

The continental breakfast is $6 dollars, when it should be a complimentary breakfast like all the other hotels are doing; because of the corona virus and booking reservations to stay at the Double Tree Hotel. The breakfast included: a muffin, a piece of fruit, yogurt, and a bottle of water! Really, for $6. This is why the Federal Government gave the hotel businesses a lot of bail-out money!!! The vanity mirror did not work and the toilet bowl flushed rusty and yellow in the sink, until after running for a while, maintenance had a look the problems. However, the vanity light needed an electrician, Room #209.

My family's experience was amazing starting from check-in. The staff was friendly. I had to work during the day in my room which was great. My room came with a separate room for me to work in with desk, chair, TV and pull-out couch.

My experience was well. There's nothing to say negative.

The area. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good .

The toilet in my room didn't work good. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. I had to go to the first floor to get ice. There was no do not disturb sign. The was no TV guide listing. The pool was cloudy. The pool wasn't deep. The spa was small. The bed was not comfortable.

Loved the breakfast buffet everything was delicious. The beds were also very comfortable.

I didnt like how far the walk around was the only way to shortcut to the main lobby was an outdoor path but it was dull of snow and it was cold. Also the ice machines werent working on the top 2 floors so I had to go to the main floor just for ice when I was staying on the 3rd floor.

It was super cold and I was really tired and scared. The manager, Greg, helped me bring my things in and got me settled in a room. After an hour, the heat just wasn’t kicking in. I have cancer and I was so cold! Greg found a different room for me, he set the heat and albeit not entirely quiet; I have had a pleasant stay.

I really needed a bathtub, but the price of the room and Greg’s effort was way worth it. Oh, and house keeping banging on the door startled me especially because I asked 3 times who it was and the guy didn’t answer.

Location was good. Close enough to downtown museum and zoo. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice. Didn’t realize the pool depth was only one size throughout. The cookies were an excellent added bonus. No complaints.

Can’t say there was anything bad. Could the pool towels been bigger sure. Could the pool have been warmer…maybe. But overall very good stay.
