Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield

The breakfast was fabulous! Even though it was buffet style it was great to have cleanly staff putting together offerings instead of everybody touching the buffet. Food was fresh and the coffee was always full!

Staff was very pleasant and hotel was very clean and peaceful. They also have a very nice breakfast.

Booked 2 days knowing I might need to cxl one when my itinerary was finalized. Booking.com said I would be able to cxl.. i Im'd thru booking.com to cxl 1 night with no response from hotel. Called hotel who said they could cxl first night but I had to pay for it. They said they would keep my reservation for 2nd night though. When I got there they had cancelled my reservation for the second night. They were able to find me a room though.

I loved the updated rooms, modern feel, and great location. Very safe and classy location.

Our sheets had a red stain, possibly blood. We did not notice until after we had slept there and we for sure didn’t bleed ourselves. Also the bathroom had some dirt spots.

This was the perfect place to be during a forced stay in this area. Staff was wonderful and helpful, breakfast was fine, there is a laundry facility (and fitness room and swimming pool which I didn't use). It was nice to see the occasional dog around here. The room (Studio) was spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. Great shower.

They didn't service the room at all, but I realized they would have if I asked for it. I easily got extra coffee when I ran out.

The building is in an absolutely beautiful location. Wish I could’ve seen it in the summer season but alas was beautiful anyways! Breakfast was always delicious! The room we booked felt like our little home away from home! Definitely deserves a 15 out of 10!

I cannot think of even one thing I didn’t like about this property! Keep doing what you are doing!

This hotel was secluded near a golf course and condos, but if you have a car it's fine. I liked the decor in the lobby area, the pool was nice, I like that you have 24hr fitness and laundry facilities. Everything was clean and modern.

I didn't like the lighting in the bathroom, it wasn't bright enough for me to apply my make-up, the bed pillows were a little flabby. While showering the water did spill out on the floor. Breakfast was very generic, not like it use to be in the past.

Everything. My girlfriends and I couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and more amenities than expected. Was like having your own apartment. The outside sitting areas were beautiful. Breakfast was more than expected. Parking was plentiful. Staff were great. Grocery and liquor store very short drive to pick anything up.

The pull out sofa bed was a little rough to sleep on for an adult but most of them are so wasn't surprised or upset. Bar wasn't open bc of staffing/ covid but we brought our own.

Breakfast was not why we expected. We were hoping for how meals like hash browns,pancakes, sausages and bacon and maybe scrambled eggs. This was the only downside. Other than this , the place was great.

Better breakfast and maybe a restaurant or bartender service inside the hotel would have been ideal. A lot of business like that.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was very hard to regulate the temperature in the room (a suite). It was either too cold or too hot. All the amenities are free, except the only one I actually used: you have to pay to do your laundry.

The location is perfect, beautiful atmosphere in a golf course community and it has been remodeled from top to bottom.

The only bummer was that the pool was closed for repairs on a holiday weekend. 😕 We understand, hoping it will be open next time!
