The staff was very helpful. Rachel worked with us when we had reserved the wrong room and got us another room right away. Another lady that worked on the 21st of April also helped us out when we had trouble with the tv remote.

The setup of the bathroom was different then most hotels I have been in, but the hotel room was very nice and roomy overall.

Nice big room enjoyed the stay even though we did not get the room we booked.

Booked a double queen pet friendly room several days ahead. Arrived there later in the evening and they did not have the room we reserved instead they only had a 1 bed and a pull out non pet friendly handicap room but they did allow our dog to stay with us but it was not the room we booked Said that the reservations through booking.com always say handicap. Not sure who made the mix up?

The room was nice and the staff were understanding with how late I've arrived for the stay.

The tv, wasn't working at all with the remotes. Switched one out and got a different one, still didn't work. Hopefully they fix the tv problem, overall it's good.

The check in clerk was very nice and accommodating, and I appreciated that. The room was very nice except the light in the hall between the bathroom and bedroom didn't work, nor did the light on the right side of bed. Not a big deal for us but I failed to let the front desk know for their next guest (room 423). The first morning, the breakfast was stocked, however, the second morning it was not stocked very well. The second morning, the gentleman didn't even look up from his computer to greet us, say good bye or even have a nice day. He didn't appear to like his job! We enjoyed our stay and the room was very comfortable. Thank YOU very much.

Would have been nice to have a breakfast served. Overall the facility was clean, convenient comfortable.

Need to vacuum under and behind the sleeper sofa.

The room set up was nice. The beds were super comfortable. I felt like I was staying in a little studio.

it was clean and conveniently located. I liked that it has a refrigerator that held the contents of our cooler, a microwave and silverware.

the bedside phone didn’t work, nor did the lamp. while clean, the caulking in the bathroom is getting stained.

Pricing great. My room was spacious and very clean. Laundry facilities had 3 washers and dryers so didn't have to wait. Jess, at the front desk, was so helpful and welcoming. First time staying at Mainstay Suites. Will be back!

We didn't realize our suite had a stove, fridge and even pots and pans, plates and silverware too. We made our own breakfast the next day. Saved some money.

Both the tvs in the suite would cut out like every 20 min or so. As if to go in standby mode.

The staff at night and in the morning were very friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
