The breakfast was good. The staff did a fantastic job at keeping food supplied, area very clean, removing used dishes. The rooms and grounds are very maintained. We complained about the air con being very noisy. Some was there within 5 minutes and fixed it. We have stayed here before and would stay again just never eat in the restaurant. A variety of sandwiches, salads and soups would be much better.

Cost of the room is very high but consistent with Jackson. We had dinner in the restaurant, and it was awful. My husband had the wagyu burger which was very overcooked when he asked for medium. It was dry and tasteless. I had the chicken dish which was $30:00. The meat was very dry with what seemed to be instant potatoes (very thin and watery) and gravy that seemed to be made from powder. It was inedible. I did complain but was not offered a different dish or my money back. If they really want to have a restaurant they need to get serious about it.

Pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the property was, and how well-maintained. Very clean and nicely landscaped. Loved the fire pits. Decor was beautiful. Thought the workout facility was neat. Staff was super friendly and concierge’s texts were responsive. Enjoyed the pool.

The maid service didn’t come the first day and we asked about it and we’re told they serviced until 4 PM. We saw the maid in the room next-door at 3:50. By then we were already back in the room in didn’t feel like leaving to let her service it, so I just asked for towels. We ended up not getting the room serviced our either of the two days. The hot tub by the pool really wasn’t hot and I asked maintenance to heat it up but they could only do it a couple degrees. I appreciated that they attempted to change it though.

We visited the Rustic Inn for the second time and it was again awesome. The cabins are very cozy, well organized and have everything you need. The hotel itself offers many nice spots for relaxation. The breakfast provides a broad variety and the restaurant an excellent dinner. The location is close to the ski areas and the Teton Nationalpark.

This time, the service in the restaurant was not as extraordinary compared to last year. New personnel was still in training and therefore, the service was not flawless. But it was noted and from then on special care was taken. Finally, we were very satisfied and had a great time.

the grounds were majestic. beautiful. it looks just like the pictures. it was also very close to town!

it was perfect. everything was close to walk to in town. the hotel offers shuttles within city limits so we took one a couple times. Ubers and Lyfts are definitely cheaper than taxis if you want to go to the National park or other areas like the airport. For some reason, the resort really pushes the taxi service, but one taxi driver sitting out front of the lobby was rude and charged double the price of Ubers and he said because “it’s jackson hole, it’s expensive here”. I think the resort should not associate with this taxi service. That’s the only negative thing I would suggest to be changed.

This property was a great find - each 'room' is an individual cabin which was just beautiful! Such a wonderful space. The facilities on site were also brilliant, with a tranquil pool area available as well as a gym. The highlight for me however was the nature reserve area - wow! Incredible views, lots of seating areas but in the evening... this is where it becomes amazing. Fire pits are lit around the area which have Adirondack seats at each location, and it takes on a whole new ambience. That was a treat being able to sit by those in the evening, at the side of the creek. Highly recommended!!

The bed was a little uncomfortable but it was fine for the purpose of my short stay.

The breakfast was pretty good and much better than a regular hotel. The location, I was surprised it was right off the main drag. It was mostly quiet. When the motorcyclists would go by it was loud. The bedroom area was smaller than I had thought it would be. The staff were all very friendly. We stayed 2 days and didn’t have the room cleaned. In the morning, a housekeeper came by asking if we needed anything. Then, in the afternoon another one stopped by. We took water then. I also had a massage and it was unbelievable!

The place is really nice, very comfortable with a big room with two double beds, nice shower, all very clean and breakfast was good. The place had also a little pool, sauna and spa. They also created a nice area near the river with seats around a fire where you can rest, read a book or have a drink. Location is perfect because it is 5 minutes walk to the town center and near the entrance at Grand Teton NP. The also have a laundry which is very handy. We had a perfect stay!

It’s a little bit expensive but it’s definitely worth it.

The atmosphere and the staff were amazing!! Loved the rooms and the location. Breakfast on site and the Bistro for dinner was great - couldn't imagine how the food was so good with such few diners.

More hot tubs - and locking them. there were quite a few locals who were not staying at Rustic Inn crowding the fairly small hot tub, as a large group themselves. Weird to meet locals that live in JH - you know they are not staying at Rustic Inn if so - given their age and group size. Adding more hot tubs around the property would be amazing and perfect!

The decor and grounds are amazing. You can't believe you're staying in such a rustic place in the middle of town. It has been my favorite place in Jackson Hole since 2016. This is the second time I've stayed. I recommend it to anyone to have a really authentic Wyoming experience! I hope to make a return trip for snowmobiling in March. One more thing I am 80 years old and the grounds make everything so accessible.

I wish it were a little more economical but it's probably in line with the rest of things in Jackson during the fall.

My wife and I enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed using the exercise room which was easily accessed. We also enjoyed using their pool and hot tub. We both were also impressed with our room and its furnishings.

Overall, we liked almost everything. Things were a bit pricey, but Jackson Hole is a tourist destination, so that was to be expected. The sauna was not working by the pool and that was disappointing as well.
