Good breakfast.

Only pool worked. But I needed whirlpool to be working as well. Was empty and I felt like all of it should have been working as I had to pay for everything including pool and whirlpool that didn’t work. Reception also handed me a vacuum cleaner and some inappropriate spray and told me I needed to clean the room myself and I paid $1332.00 for 4 measly nights to stay and was expected to clean my own room. Very unacceptable.

The location was superb for getting out of Jackson Hole to get to grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks . it was very quiet in our room facing the side street (Mercil Avenue). We were in a block away from the main block so can't really say about kitchen noise , etc. Car parking facilities are excellent. The bedroom was very spacious and there was even a failry spacious lounge .This also helped because there was a door between the bedroom and it . The lounge was by the entry door, so when the door betweent he bedroom and lounge was shut it helped block any corridor noise(I don't actiually know if there was ever any noise as we never heard it if there was). It also helped because the fridge was in a cupboard in the lounge so when the door wsas shut you couldn't hear it . The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The bathroom was a good size being quite large too. I doubt I|'ve ever stayed in a better laid out hotel room in over 50 years of travels

I didn't like having to reach over the toaster in the kitchen to get to cereal and milk. I could imagine someone getting burnt with the heat off it if someone had been toasting bread , or was in the process of doing so. It's a small point, but an important one.

Service was super at front desk. Staff friendly and courteous to us. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Great way to start the morning. Excellent parking close to the room. Room was clean and received maid service . Room was clean and spacious. Facility itself was well kept and spotless. Location to Grand Tetons National Park was great. E xtremley close. Right next to park entrance. Motel was within walking distance of downtown Jackson. Excellent location to everything!! HIghly recommend this motel to ANYONE!

Two things. First, my wife and I were awken at 6:15 am by a buzzing which about knocked us out of bed. This last almost 40 minutes and stopped. I called the front desk and they came over; heard the noise, but could not determine where it was coming from. Needless to say, we did NOT go back to sleep. Second, I booked our room through booking.com in December or January, Apparently, you pay almost $125 dollars more for your room than if ou called the motel directly. I paid over $500 dollars including taxes per night, According to the on-line booking booking directly from the motel, it would have beem $376. That is a huge savings! Never been there before, but boy did I learn a valuable lesson!

This was a well situated location. Short walk to all the tourist draws. Facility was comfortable (especially the pillows), clean and fairly typical layout. As we were part of a tour group, we had minimal interaction with staff as the tour company took care of details, but we were there 3 nights and enjoyed breakfast every morning. The conference room was a good size for our group of 30.

This was very expensive (we arrived early so one night was billed directly to us) for fairly typical rooms. I saw how prices were doubled during the summer high season. If it had not been where the tour had arranged for the next two nights, I would not have chosen this place.

The beds are comfy, has AC and good sized room. Staff is friendly, and overall a great place to stay. It’s expensive, but most places around Teton/Yellowstone are outrageously expensive.

The only negative about this place is that the breakfast room was way too small for a hotel of this size. It was absolutely heaving with people fighting over a chair to sit, and food running out too quickly so standing around waiting for eggs to be brought. Very limited selections as well. Only one waffle maker for the entire bkfast room meant a huge line of people waiting. Very disorganized and way too small.

Hotel rooms very spacious and confortable - great heating system, heated tiles on bathroom were great Breakfast included para a differencial pro JH - meet all our needs Great location in the Town center and close to bus stop (Miller Park)

We had a bit of issues with the transfer to Teton Village - it was a very full week and hotel was full - they are very transparent that there was limit and not guaranteed transfer, but a better booking system of the transfer would be welcomed to meet guest needs - this feedback was provided at the hotel and they were focused on improving the experience.

The room was large and comfortable. I loved the kitchen/sitting room. The breakfast was wonderful, the coffee was superb and I loved the fresh fruit and plain yogurt. The fact that there were healthy, sugarless options suited me. The infused water in the lobby was so welcoming, with a different flavor every day! I also loved the location, which was one reason I picked this property to begin with. The pool was warm enough to swim in, even in the coldest of days!

The infused water wasn't put out until late in the day, I would have loved it all day!

Rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly. pool hot tub area was surprisingly modern and clean. Hot breakfast was plentiful. Free airport and mountain shuttle are a nice plus. Very close to restaurants.

Shuttle reservation process is a bit strange. You have to be in line before 4:30 to get a number and then you wait until 5 to have your number called when you give the information about how many reserved seats. Thos who take the shuttle back are too late to get the best spots in line. So to be ensured of getting on the 8am shuttle you need to come back early by bu.s

February 2023

I booked at the Lexington for a meeting in February. It turned out that my stay happened to be the time of Storm Olive, and the snowfall was aplenty and temperatures were brutal. But staying at the Lexington was perfect: the room was exactly as advertised, and it was comfortable and quiet. The early morning breakfast is good, and the staff are very efficient. Great hotel.

Not much could have been better because the hotel can't control the weather! With all the snowfall and cold temperatures I was stunned at how effective the staff were in clearly the roads and paths, and everything ran so smoothly.

We enjoyed our brief stay here in Jackson after visiting Yellowstone NP. The staff was friendly and had baked cookies at the reception desk. We were also offered recommendations on where to eat for dinner. Our room was very clean and very big, it almost felt like a small apartment. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. The hotel had quite a fair rate, considering how expensive this town is in general.

The breakfast room is a bit too small and got very crowded because of that. No designated parking spots, so we had to park a bit away from our room.
