Modern and Updated decor with newer a/c, wood paneling, appliances. Towels and linens were high quality and fluffy fresh. Tub was so clean you could actually take a bath, if desired. Guest Laundry 2 washers, 2 dryers were new large capacity machines, very clean. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker were newer and clean. Housekeeping had adorned the room with origami animal and flower shapes from towel and tissues.

Needed more hangers than 6 provided. Old fashioned key and fob were nostalgic but bulky to carry, prefer electronic door key.

The location was superb! It was just far enough from downtown (1 mile) that we were able to avoid the daily traffic into town. The beds were the most comfortable of any I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. The staff was extremely kind and helpful immediately whenever we requested anything. The complimentary coffee and cappuccino each morning was a nice treat. Having a convenience store and gas station on site was very nice. We don't smoke but liked that anyone who does was asked to please move at least 25 feet from the building and then they were given benches and ashtrays that were very discreetly placed in the green space across from the lot. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and plan to return.

I liked that the sink was located separately from the toilet and shower. There was a small cabinet inside the area for the toilet and shower which we were able to put our toiletries into so as to not have them on the sink counter. I liked the location - a little outside of the main part of town on way to Grand Teton park. There was a small general store with the office and you could get something quick for breakfast (not a hot meal, but they did have some items in a warmer and cinnamon buns from local bakery). And the front desk offered apples and oranges as grab and go too. There were also gas pumps with the convenience store so that was nice to be able to fill up without going into the busy town. The road in front could be loud, but we kept the fan on the air conditioner the whole time so it wasn't a bother. An older establishment, but kept up very well. Beautiful view from room overlooking the National Elk Preserve. No elks were down from the mountains this time of year (September), but drove through the preserve and saw a deer and looked for sheep as we heard there are some on the hillsides, but didn't find any. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Nothing really bothered me, but if anything, maybe updating the carpet in the rooms could make it a little better. And making the porch light to where we could turn off manually as there were bugs around light and when opening it some came into room.

The location was simply fantastic, it was a bit away from the traffic packed downtown area of Jacksonville, at the same time it was really close to the Grand Tetons giving easy access as we came and went multiple times. The fact that there was daily room service was a really pleasant surprise, post covid none of the hotels do that anymore, we were really pleases with that. Another small but thoughtful perk was the free coffee in the convenience store downstairs - we loved that! The room was spacious and having a kitchen and a full sized refrigerator was definitely a plus.

It was really pricey... I wish we did not have to pay 5 star hotel price for a 3 star place. But all the places at Jacksonville are ridiculously expensive.

Had a 2 night stay here on our road trip to visit Jackson and to go on the aerial tramway. Hotels in Jackson are very expensive so I booked this one as it's outside the town but only a couple of miles away and quite a bit cheaper. I wasn't disappointed. It's a motel, garage and general store right off the road but the road isn't that busy and we didn't hear any noise. Good size room with fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Great views. We were able to get supplies from the store for breakfast. Great location for Jackson and aerial tramway. Loved it!

The location was good, right outside of Jackson and close to an entrance to the Grand Tetons. The highway was pretty busy but noise wasn't an issue inside. The rooms were comfortable, and included some extra items, like hot chocolate packets. We could also get free hot drinks from the store connected to the hotel. My children loved that the housekeeper who cleaned their room prior to our stay left dining recommendations and made an origami towel swan.

I realized after the fact how expensive this hotel was for fairly basic lodging with limited amenities. It probably wasn't out of line with the area, which is obviously a resort area, but we spent a lot for two rooms!

I was pleasantly surprised by the flat creek inn. The staff was excellent, so very nice! The rooms were very clean, quiet, and with no odd smells (perfume or otherwise). Super close to the airport, right across from the elk refuge. If you're looking for a luxury/spa experience, this isn't it, but if you just want to rest your head in a comfy bed in a CLEAN and quiet room after a hard day hiking this is a great value and a really a gem. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are a little outdated, appliances / etc from the 70s, but they were still functional, in great working shape and immaculately clean!

The location was exceptional. There was no lodging that could provide a better scenic view from the lodge. The staff was very hospitable and the rooms were very clean and looked good.

the only drawbacks to the location were the building exterior that I feel takes away from how good this accommodation really is and the trouble to control the heat in the room. it was hard to keep it from getting too warm overnight. not bad, but hard to control.

Lovely responsive staff, super friendly, hardworking and helpful. Lots of hot water. Convenient store and laundromat on site. My highest praise for the staff, young and old.

2 Queen room and bathroom was a little small for our family of 4, but we did have a few large suitcases. Moved furniture around to fit everything in.

Great clean room! Views are amazing. Best value we found . Short distance from Grand Teton National Park. Staff was really friendly , there’s a little store right beside , perfect for snacks . I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone trying to stay near Grand Teton, it is also near the town of Jackson Hole Wyoming (which has tons of stores like Target and restaurants).

Rooms are small but overall great for a family of 4-5
