Felt clean and fresh from the moment we walked into reception. Seems fairly new. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. Bed was comfy . Roomy bathroom with a great walk in shower. Breakfast was good with hot and cold selections. All in all excellent value. Thoroughly recommend.

Air con was a bit noisy

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and I loved the high ceilings. Breakfast was better and changed daily, compared to other hotels and suites we've stayed at all over the United States. Compared to the price and comfort of other hotels in town, this place smashes the competition.

The swimming pool was kinda small, but never over crowded. Everything else was awesome.

I had an incident where I tripped over an uneven sidewalk. But when I went to the manager and showed her, she was very concerned for my well-being , and immediately went to investigate. within minutes she and her staff were addressing the issue. I regret that I didn’t get her name to include in this review.

Very comfy, quiet, and clean rooms! Bright and beautiful facility. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was very good, everybody found something to enjoy. Staff were respectful and pleasant.

Clean, well appointed, spacious room. Bed was wonderful. TV reception great. Wi fi great. Lighting great. Outlet availability great. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. Breakfast was good. Great coffee.View of the mountains from the room priceless.

Staff were not friendly. No one was friendly except the housekeeping staff. Every housekeeping staff person I encountered smiled and spoke. None of the other employees gave us the time of day. Even front desk staff were unfriendly. I don't care. I had a nice room but it is a shame they do not appreciate the people who are providing the funds for their weekly paychecks. Can YOU say CUSTOMER SERVICE????

Breakfast looked great. We brought our own, but I saw plenty to choose from when I sent into the dining area to get some tea.

Not sure there's much you can do about it, but I'd say the general feeling we had about Rock Springs is that it's hard to have a dog there. Kind of a surprise since everyone seemed to want to pet the dog!

Wonderful facility and staff!

We had a huge room. The facilities were in good shape and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The coffee was closer to water than to coffee, probably this was just a mishap that day.

The hot breakfast was very good. They also provided cold selections such as cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc.

Juice machine was out of order and no other juice options were provided.

Pleasently Surprised by my stay. Haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in over 20 years. Just did a road trip and had to stay here and WE ABSOLUTELY WERE SO IMPRESSED! Helpful and welcoming staff Clean facilities Comfortable bed and pillows Complimentary (and good) breakfast Digital concierge We were so pleasantly Surprised and during the road trip decided to stay at another Holiday Inn in Twin Falls lets just say it was not the same experience. Thank you Rock Springs Holiday Inn!
