Scenery and material quality: The hotel’s design is also immaculate that fits well into the scenery and would immediately gives you a cozy, luxurious feeling. The materials you find in the hallway, in the rooms, from the door to the bathroom kits and facility, are all of high quality that make you question their affordable price range. The thickness of the door and the sound deadening materials being used in the structure work wonder in isolating unwanted noises from entering your room. Wherever you venture to in the hotel, from the main dining room to the lobby, you will be amazed with the combination between the hotel’s classic design and the greatness of nature, and there are plenty of spots for you to take picture or just relax. Staff quality: Swiss-belresort has so many excellent qualities, but perhaps their brightest area lies in the staff and service. The staff of the hotel are always very professional and polite, and they will truly listen to your smallest request and try their best to fulfill it. From the kitchen staff to the receptionists as well as the maids and janitors who are responsible for the room service and hotel maintenance, they all give you a great sense of top-notched service and a level of caring that not many 5-star hotels can provide. If you have a chance like me to sit down with a manager, you will be amazed to learn of how much work and effort went into the training and service, it demonstrates their dedication and determination in providing you the best experience during your stay. For instance, the hotel staff are always willing to introduce you to the best restaurants in town or attractions. More impressively, the service you receive does not stops there but also extend beyond as the hotel was extremely helpful in calling ahead and providing assistance, arrangements for my next destination in my cross-region traveling.

there was nothing that inconvenienced me during my stay. Many might find it geographically challenging as the hotel is located pretty far away from downtown Da lat but the free shuttle bus service can solve that issue.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. The grounds and the view from the rooms were beautiful. Good breakfast buffet. Free shuttle into town running several times per day was very helpful and convenient. Strong water pressure in the shower. French doors to balcony let in lots of nice fresh air. Fantastic massage from the spa.

We booked two rooms - one for me and my fiance, and the other for her aunt and uncle. Our room was pristine but the AC seemed a bit weak. The other room had drawing on the wall and what appeared to be chocolate stains on the curtains, but the AC seemed very strong. They shut down access to billiards in the basement at 9:30pm, although it is well away from any guest rooms, and no seating down there. Last shuttle returning from town was at 9:30pm - one more running later would have been ideal.

Beautiful views from the golf view rooms, a really peaceful place to relax. It is set out in the pine forested hills and far from Dalat city. Perfect if you want peace, not so much if you like to wander around the town. However there is a free shuttle bus.

The shuttle bus timings could be a little spaced apart in the evening to allow sufficient time to go to a restaurant.

A comfortable stay with large, clean rooms. Plenty of options at breakfast and the massage at the spa was fantastic

The hotel is in a beautiful setting so it's a shame that you can't walk in the nearby pine forest. That's partly because of the hilly terrain, but also because the resort seems to prioritise its golf course, which guests are unable to walk too close to without paying a hefty fine

Nice location and great golf view. It’s the best view in Tuyen Lam while comparing to other hotels (i have stayed) such as Terracotta, Da Lat Wonder, Lavender, Cereja, Edensee, Ana Mandara …

Breakfast foods need improvement especially lettuces need to cut up to smaller pieces. Utensils, glassware are not readily available for guests. We have to ask for them everyday since they are keep running out. Food portions are tiny.

won’t go extra mile to meet your expectations but only take action when you express your frustration or disappointment, especially in rooms allocation for group, which usually should have been done better in most 4-5stars hotel/resorts.

Cleaning staff refused to provide any water bottles because we were checking out that day.

The hotel is very quiet because it is far the center. It also has pure air that suitable for relaxing. The staff are so nice and helpful.

The room’s furniture is rather old. It has less grass-land for a stroll. The kids playroom is set up without care.

Very beautiful location, breakfast also had a good variety and when we told them we are vegetarian they managed vegetarian food for us.
