Terracotta Spent a wonderful 3D/2N at Terracotta. It is a great staycation place for those who are looking good scenery and far from busy bustling city. A great place for family retreat. Shared few things that we found about this resort. 1. Shuttle & Tour: They provided a free shuttle to dalat center (thrice a day) & you just need to book in advance. They also offers few option for Dalat tours. But we took private tour since we want to cater several places (contact: Nguyen +84936053979 - very recommended). 2. Language: Most of the staff is very attentive but they only speak very basic English. So just use the google translate to communicate better. They also accommodate our request to pack breakfast @4AM since we’re going for cloud hunting. 3. Food: This might be a challenge who doesn’t love chinese food/Vietnamese. Even though they serve western food but the taste is localised. So why not give a chance to endeavour local/chinese food here. They serve a generous portion of Chinese food. 4. Room: we booked 2 single beds for 2 adults and just need to inform during check-in if there is additional kids. The noise at night time might be a challenge during peak period since they room is using natural ventilation (open the window) so the noise can be easily to be heard. 5. Others: You can create more quality time by enjoying brisk walking around the vicinity, spa, gym, kids playroom, and tennis court. If you ran out of VND, not to worry, you can exchange it at the receptionist. They are using Vietcombank rate. Generally the resort is a very well planned and have a good service. Hope they can keep improving their service, especially in food qualities to meet international hotel standard.

This is a quiet and relaxing retreat from the traffic of town. Lovely gardens on the lake to walk around. We had the double king room which was huge and private but not right on the lakefront like the villas are. We liked our room though. Indoor pool nice for some exercise, well fitted out gym and spa for facials and massages . Breakfast is huge and the restaurant was fine . Obviously food a little more expensive but not exceedingly. Staff very helpful and they offer free shuttle into Dalat 3 times daily and tours. I recommend if you want to be out of the centre .

Wow the location was beautiful. On the edge of the lake surrounded by trees and green foliage. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, it’s a great place to stay. The little garden creature features dotted around were also a nice touch. Good breakfast (included) and restaurant. The resort puts on x3 buses a day to central Da Lat there and back, but it’s not too far and the taxis aren’t too expensive if you don’t want to keep to a timetable.

We booked a tour, which was great, but the driver basically clocked-off after four hours despite us not completing the four locations promised. A site should be removed or more time given to complete what’s advertised.

Beautiful wooded grounds, efficient staff, big rooms with nice view. Added a plant nursery that guests could visit. Booking.com guests were given Christmas Eve Dinner tickets - that was a real nice gesture. Efficient registration system for the city shuttle. I booked to use shuttle fr City Centre to Resort on the day of check.in via email and it was recorded properly.

Would be great if there was more shuttle service. Room window meshed shuttle was not working properly. Bathroom blind should be a darker colour.

If you would like to escape to the Pine Forest, Terracotta Hotel &Resort Dalat is the perfect place for enjoying the nature atmosphere. Exceptional sunrise and sunset views from the Pine to Tuyen Lam lake. Breakfast and lunch, dinner was delicious Aquafina water 💧 40.000vnd/ bottle 500ml in restaurant, just 15.000vnd in room 😋 👌 😀 Beautiful and kindly waitresses in restaurant. The light in room

Exceptional Terracotta location. Beautiful surroundings with lot of 🌳 🏡 🌲 🎄 🌴 🌳. Comfortable bed 🛌, , clean restroom public and in room. Breakfast , drinks was good! Fresh vegetables, You could have lunch or dinner 🍽 in the restaurant inside the resort. It was reasonable price, maybe lower than any others around...lovely staff in restaurant🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

We sometimes chose Terracotta to stay when visit Dalat. This time so crowded bcz of team building,.. They sing so loud nearly all day.. Swimming pool is so small, it not nice that I expected... Anyway thank you

The quietness, lakeside walking in the morning, the pine trees garden, the basement family room with cleanliness, convenience, buffet breakfast, room-serviced meals, friendly and helpful staffs.

It is around 20-minutes driving distance from the city center and 45-minutes driving distance from the airport. It’s great of the resort can have pick up service at the airport and the shuttle bus from the resort to city center in the evening can depart by 17:30pm instead of 19:30pm currently.

Location. Territory around the place is simply amazing. Breakfast was nice, too. Good variety of food, everything was tasty and fresh. The room was something out of this world. Masterpiece( I took the double room on the top floor).

You don't need to advertise the pool and karaoke zone if they don't work. The hotel should make rules about open doors. I understand that it's a cultural thing, but I don't want to hear other people's quarrels or their kids playing.

The food spread for breakfast was very good; the room, bed linen, towels were all very clean and from any smell; the location and surrounding of the resort was very serene and lovely.

The central air-condition system was not working (could be switched off due to the cool weather). Hence, the atmosphere in the room was very stuffy. Ideally, if an additional stand fan could be provided in the room to aid air circulation - it would have been very good.

The lake view from our room, which is a shared villa. The place is very quiet and the walking path along the lake is lovely. We also appreciate the shutter service from hotel to Da Lat city center.

The room is a bit damp and had a smell. We had to air it for a bit. As it is near the lake, we have to bear with some ants. The breakfast is normal. On two mornings, I had to ask for butter as they don't have it at the buffet table.
