The staff were the most helpful, accommodating and genuine I've encountered so far, specially Will at front desk. Rooms spacious and comfortable beds. Very clean and you've everything you need (even toothbrush) in the bathroom. Breakfast excellent with a array of various food to chose from(western and Vietnamise). I enjoyed my stay there.

Location. Unfortunately no tours companies will pick you up there. You've to get a taxi to the old quarter.

Great location. Easy to find for GRAB riders (the local ride share) Being in District 3, it’s a bit away from the hustle & bustle of District 1 which was actually quite peaceful..!! Takes 15-20 mins on GRAB to get to most places in District 1 Rooftop pool is great, but it was too chilly for a pool dip so I just sweated in the sauna which is adjacent..!! The Rooftop Garden is a good place to zen out. Pre covid they had a bar up there which I was informed has not been started since. The staff were really helpful and stored my luggage while I was in Saigon for a few days. Breakfast is scrumptious, basic Vietnamese / continental and great value for money 10/10 for Breakfast ..!! Room was quite clean and facing a quiet alley which was great..!! I would definitely recommend staying at this property and would surely stay again on my next visit to the city..!!

Clean hotel, good breakfast with very good coffee, stuff very, very kind and helpful, but for someone who want to visit the old center and doesn't have too much time, it seems a bit far away. I use to walk a lot and when i say a lot, like 20-25km/day but this time my time was limited. I arrived in the afternoon and cjeck-out next day 11 o'clock. The neighborhood are interesting if you have the curiosity and want to see a vietnamese neighborhood, i went to drink a coffee in a very nice place, i ate a good pho, no touristic places and people friendly. Specially the suff, is greate!

I needed to change USD and TBH in VND and no exchange money office arounde. The close one at 2,4 m far away. I spent almost 2 hours in 3 banks, trying to exchange money, but none was changing TBH, i had to go to Vietcombank, far away also. Also, nothing to do in neighbordood, many auto workshops. Otherwise, nothing to complain!!

The breakfast was limited but ok, nothing special. Great accommodating staff.

limited menu for a robust city like Hanoi. Ordered massage to the room which was the worst in the whole world. The lady wore jeans, put a towel on me and rubbed my skin with her feet till I couldn't stand it. Horrible experience. Amateur.

Though language was a barrier sometimes but the housekeeping staff was excellent they made sure they kept the rooms clean....Even the restaurant staff were super helpful and kind...and same goes to the reception as well. To summarize we would like to thank the entire team for an exceptional service and always being there when we needed something especially when you travel with a child.

Nice staff, location, and hotel room was nice.

Tv remote didn’t work. Beware: main issue, when we requested airport transfer for 2 we were quoted 260,000 Dong by hotel staff which we were fine with. The taxi picked us up and on drop off, the driver told us it was 300,000 Dong because “airport ticket”. Be careful with airport transfers from hotel, cheaper to just book a Grab etc.

Nice fittings and comfy room. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Nice area to walk around. Very nice rooftop setup, loved the sauna and fitness space.

The only thing I didn't like was the LED lights set in the flower pots outside my window which lit the window at night so that it didn't allow the room to get dark. Kind of annoying but I slept well enough a bit confusing when you wake up middle of the night not knowing of ot was day...

Breakfast was pretty ordinary as were the restaurant staff. Location is about a 100,00vnd grab from the Old Town. Not many places to eat and drink nearby.

Loved our rooms, they were well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and helpful.

The location was not suited to our needs. We should have done our research a bit better. In an area with not any options for restaurants or shops to reach on foot. We relied on taxis and grabs which is fine but we like to walk everywhere. But, as mentioned already it was a lovely hotel so we were happy to stay.

The staff was excellent...facilities were great, especially for the price. Good atmosphere. Very relaxing. Non-tourist area, but close to many things and places. Good food at the hotels restaurant. Everything there exceeded my expectations
