We enjoy the hospitality of the staff as well as the panoramic views and the large balcony overlooking the lake. Definitely our favourite accommodation in Hanoi. It is slightly further out but you are rewarded with an incredible view and great facilities!

During our first stay we had a few complications with the room but Quang was there to rectify them and ensure we had a comfortable stay. It was a combination of his hospitality and the view from the balcony that keep us returning

We stayed at the Lake view for only one night, but wished we had been able to stay for longer. Mr Mark (the manager) was very kind to us and managed our stay in an impeccable way. We stayed in a lake view room on the 7th floor and the view was memorable. We will be back one day!

Great view. It was a 15 to 30 minute Grab ride from the old town depending on traffic. Friendly staff. A few hundred metres along the lake front towards town are some very nice cafes with roadside seating. I noticed there was bicycle hire almost next door.

Very, very, loud beats music until after 11pm then again from about 5.30am. I don't know if this is every night or that we just had bad luck.
