The property itself was great and exactly what we were expecting according to the description and photos. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.

Our only issue (which is not really an issue) with the property is the location, which is about 4-5km from Hanoi's historical centre and where entertainment, food and sights are located, however you can catch a Grab (Asia version of Uber) for around $4 AUD each way so this became a non issue for us. Saying that, be aware that there is really no where to eat around the property so you will have to travel to find a good eatery.

Everything was just as good as promised. The place was clean, wifi was good but I would say the best part of the stay was the staff. They were SO nice and professional. We came back to the room at 4 AM and as we got there, without hitting a button or phoning anyone, they opened the door for the hotel and we were in. Really amazing.

Honestly I have no complaints. The place was exactly just like I had imagined. Great job and thank you so much for the great service and responsiveness! Thank you for making my short stay in Hanoi just that much better.

Dual Heater/AC Unit, great for cold season. ApartHotel style apartments, fully furnished, all brand new at time of review! everything is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Hot water is superb, which is hard to find in some places around this price frame in Hanoi. Hot water is piping hot and can go on for 10 minutes + easily. Elevator, secure parking, Key Fob doors very modern! Customer service is amazing and go above and beyond to service us :D

Facilities are new and well maintained, the room is extremely clean, location was perfect. Staffs are very polite and helpful. We can cook anything at the kitchen with full amenities, from small things like spoon, chopstick,… to cooking pot. It’s very easy, modern and comfortable. We will recommend for my family and friend for next stay and sure to comeback here.

Amazing price for such a big apartment has absolutely everything you could ask for, i could go as far as saying it might be one of my favourite hotels ever especially for the price. Very modern and clean facilities. The staff we're so friendly and helpful which is hard to find in Vietnam lol. It was my birthday also so i wanted a great place for the night looked everywhere in hanoi and happy i choose this place.

If i was fishing for negatives i would say for me the gym lacked the equipment as i go gym most days but i have never been to a hotel in my life where the gym had good equipment so it doesn't matter great old school gym around the corner for 20k dong

It was a clean and a modern apartment. It contained a lot of comfortable amenities for hygiene for example and having our own laundry machine was also convenient and a nice touch. Kitchen was equipped with the most necessary tools to be able to cook sole delicious food on our own. Staff were exceptional as they showcased high quality service and care for us as guests.

would prefer the kitchen to have glassware, maybe it was just our kitchen missing it but it didn’t really bother us

Clean and comfortable stay at a good price. Hotel apartment was large and spacious with very good amenities - hair dryer, kitchen with microwave and fridge, tvs, safe, washer etc etc. Location is good, just a stones throw from west lake with many cafes in the vicinity. Neighbourhood feels safe and lively as well. Receptionists were very pleasant and proactive and always offered their services when they can which was really welcoming. Gym was comfortable although a tad small. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will certainly be back again whenever I happen to be in the area.

Nothing! Just general feedback - More benches, free weights or machines would be very useful in the gym.
