Fantastic location right the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. It was very convenient and accessible, with lots of food and spa options around. Many tours also offered free pickup service at this location. The room was simple and comfortable, and while it could be a little noisy at times, it was always peaceful when time for sleep!

You have to be very careful about having food in the room. We set down a bahn mi for just a couple of minutes, and ants appeared out of nowhere. Complimentary drinking water is offered but you have to dispense it yourself at the ground floor. This wasn't a big deal for us, but may be a hassle for anyone who hates climbing stairs.

Good apartment in the center of the old city, with bustling life around and lots of attractions in a walking distance. Receiving keys was very easy, the room was clean and nice, water warm, and bed comfortable. Balcony view shows the street with local life, which is at the same time not too busy - so sleeping during the night is possible with only muffled sounds reaching through the window (if it is closed, of course). Downstairs there is a nice coffee shop, allowing to taste good coffee and buy some quality coffee beans (and get this wake-up espresso in the morning).

The description mentions it but be aware of the stairs to climb with your bags (narrow stairs since it is the old colonial house). I don't count it was drawback since it was advised on by the hotel.

We had room 201, which is an apartment with terrace. It's directly above the coffee shop, so close to road noise, but it was amazing for people watching. The room was big, with a decent shower and kitchenette. Well worth the money, and the transfer they arranged from the airport was perfect. I recommend getting them to sort this out, because Hanoi Noi Bai airport was madness. Special shout-out to Nguyen, she didn't ever stop working. She was soooo helpful too!

The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillow, gives you hotel vibes level ☺️ it was also clean. Complete toiletries . Room has good view of Old Quarter and has very good location in proximity to tourist spots. Walking distance to Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, Water Puppet, Cathedral , Trang Tien Plaza and lots more. Host is responsive and easy to deal with. They have pickup service from airport which we availed for convenience. Overall it was very good and will come back again

The room we got was on the 6th floor with no elevator.might be difficult for those with lots of luggages. They have other rooms though located at lower floors. Not an issue with us because we're backpackers.

Like the area as its easy to find and everything is nearby. Host and caretaker both were super helpful, the place was clean and spacious. We booked 2 different apartments for 2 different dates. Both were amazing but personally i loved the second one which was the family room with balcony. It has everything, even a mini kitchen. The coffee shop at the ground level serves amazing coffee, so enjoy different flavours of the coffee while staying there.

Climbing the stairs 🥺 but thats okay..

The property is located in the heart of the old center, close to many restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect spot if you are new to Hanoi and don’t know where to start exploring. Our room was facing the street and also had a small balcony, which ended up being the perfect spot for people watching, which is one of the best things you can do here. We were amazed at how lovely the area was, and could have spent hours watching the people around and families eating and socialising on the street. The property is very charming and spotless clean. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were also replaced daily. The lady running the place is a sweetheart and we would 100% return here if we ever come back to Hanoi.

Centraltique was a gem in Old Quarter. The homestay organised transport for us from the Airport (fair price) which was a breeze for us first time visitors. The location was central and walking distance to everything you needed to see in Hanoi. Our room had a balcony which was on the 5th floor and It offered views of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi streets which was incredible to wake up to and hear before sleeping. The bed was definitely more comfortable than we expected — bouncy and more of a medium firm compared to our plush bed back home. The shower and bidet definitely needed a little more attention when it comes to its cleanliness, and the walk up and down the stairs was a journey in itself (which we didn’t mind as it kept us fit to fit the food we’ve devoured during our stay). Overall, the homestay definitely gave us the feel of living like a local in Old Quarter Hanoi and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The room was lovely and decorated with such charm. We had a room at front of the building so had a beautiful balcony view. Bed was so comfy (best bed I've slept in Vietnam so far!). Owner spoke minimal English but still communicated well with Google translate and just in general (was easy to understand what info she was giving). I booked this for one night between travelling in Vietnam but wish I got to stay longer here!

There is no elevator at this location (our room was up 2 flights of stairs). In saying that, owner and staff insistent on helping carry bags up and down stairs.

Good location, very friendly staff and possibility for early check-in. Good communication with the property ahead of our arrival. You can buy coffee in the lobby/downstairs.

When we arrived in Hanoi, the weather was cold and humid, and so was our room. It was difficult to get the temperature up in the room. Also, to get a warm shower one has to turn on a water boiler and wait for it to start working. It didn’t keep the water temperature even, and taking a shower was tricky at times.

We didn’t took hotel breakfast as we stayed only for 1 night, but the location was perfect, once you come out from the hotel everything was there, the resto, shops and etc, most is a walking distance.

Hair blower is broken. For 3 adult person room size was a bit small due to no space for luggages
