The best hotel we stood in during our journey so far. The breakfast is absolutely crazy (Buffet + a la carte). The room was really nice and clean. Especially we appreciate the cabine shower. The same day laundry service (50k p. Kg.) was good too! The staff is so friendly and polite! Kind of a luxury vibe here. Big thank you to everyone.

We stayed here multiple times through our trip and each time they were fantastic. There level of service and knowledge of the area is great. They're so friendly and the customer service and memory of each of there guests is impressive.

Classy Holiday Hotel has the best breakfast in Vietnam! If you are not getting the breakfast, you are missing out. Rooms were quiet despite being a great location in the middle of the action.

We’ve spent around 4 nights in the hotel, its the best location for indians because indian restaurant is just right to it. and the staff is very friendly especially mrs thu the manager of the hotel. she’s very nice even helped us to book the halong bay cruise at the last minute in the peak time. and booked our car to ninh binh as well. she will provide you a map as well to explore the city and the main attractions , Overall it was the best experience in the hotel. we’ll love to book the hotel in the future if we have to. Thanks to the hotels and the friendly staff and cook who cooked the delecious dinner and omelettes .

Kind and helpful staff, particularly Thu who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Rest of the staff was also quick to answer any queries and provide their service. Breakfast doesn't have the most variety but the food is great, staff here is also courteous and provides whatever you require. I got the room with a view and it had a nice view of the Old Quarter, the room was relatively small but was comfortable overall with good AC and warm water in the bathroom. The area is a real winner because it's in the heart of the Old Quarter and anything you want to see is nearby.

Building quality isn't the best and looks old and cramped. Some facilities missing in the room like a fridge, iron, and tea.

Very well located hotel - close to everything in and around old quarter, with nice restaurants around. Staff was great - they truly bring hospitality on another level, we even got goodbye gift 😍 they helped with everything we asked, we also booked Ha Long Bay day trip with hotel and it was great. Breakfast is good - variety to choose from, with 1 or 2 freshly squeezed juice, you can also order various eggs/pancakes/pho/noodles as hot dish. Great value for price, highly recommend!

Nothing to complain really - Vietnamese 4* a bit different than European 4* hotel and as long as you know that everything is here perfect. :)

Hotel is good, very clean rooms (service is done every day). The bed is comfortable, AC working perfectly. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Location of the hotel is perfect, everywhere is close by foot. They do laundry service with additional cost and we got always clothes back very fast, so it was great. Great value vs price. In case you need taxi or booking some trip to other places they will help you and arrange everything. I would recommend it.

Rooms are not the biggest, but you can see in photos or descriptions what you get (m2). Breakfasts could be improved (sometimes less is more). Even tough plenty of options so you will find something what you like for sure. I am not sure why hotel has spa in name as I didn´t notice there was any spa but maybe they do service on the side with other facilities or I was not aware where is ;).

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. An amazing selection for breakfast that covers sweet, salty and everything in-between. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure.

I could have given 10 but there was a neighbour in another building (I am assuming) who was totally out of control with yelling, this was after listening to a baby cry non-stop for 90 mins and a dog barking for equal amount of time. While I understand this is not directly a fault of the hotel. They need to take these complaints seriously, instead they just brushed them off. The screaming lady did stop by 1am but after 3 hours and a visit to reception, I'd had enough. Especially when you could hear her screams coming from down the stairs. I realise that people make noise in hotels and that's fine but this was next level, and it doesn't bode well for the reputation of the hotel if it continues.

10 out of 10! 💯 The best part was their service; everyone was genuinely nice and friendly. My great experience started even before check-in, as Thu reached out to us to see if there was anything she could assist with. When we arrived everyone at the lobby, 2at reception and 1 help us carried our luggage, was super nice. They did very great job. All the process was fast. At checkout, they even provided a complimentary gift. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in the fantastic area of Old Town. Breakfast was good and many options. Initially, I didn't have high expectations due to the affordable price, but the service I received was definitely 5-star quality. Although I've showered this review with compliments, which might make me seem biased, I assure you it's all true. If I ever return to Hanoi, this hotel will unquestionably be my first choice, and I'd highly recommend it to my friends as well.

This hotel stands out with its friendly and helpful staff as well as its good location within old town and the nice room. After we were two nights out to visit the Halong Bay we could still store our luggage for a few hours upon returning.

We had an issue with the toilet which was a bit ugly. The breakfast options are rather basic and there is not much dining space. If you come at the wrong time for breakfast, there might be no table available. The rooms are poorly soundproofed.
