Transfered to sister hotel "Little Diamond". In center of action. Near Beer Street. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast at good price. Cool balcony in room. English movie channels.

Curveball being switched to different hotel but worked our well.

We stayed in a family room, comfortable and close to the centre so great location for food & drinks. We arranged transport with the hotel for arrival as we were arriving in the middle of the night, excellent service and we had a quick check in. Housekeeping everyday if we wished and always a friendly hello when we went through reception. Would stay again

The only window in our room was within the stairwell and there is a light with a sensor that is activated regularly through the night and lit up the room too much, we had to cover with a towel

location is great, you’re easily accessible to old quarter & surrounds. The staff member, Stone on the front desk was super friendly and helpful at check in.

unfortunately the property next door was having MAJOR works done so it was VERY noisy. but we were only making a quick pit stop before onwards travel so didn’t affect us too much.

Great location and well priced - close enough to the action of the lake (walking distance 5mins) but far away enough that you don't have to deal with the crowds. Staff were great, everyone was really lovely and helpful, Tuan at the front desk was particularly fantastic helping with any questions about Hanoi :)

Wifi was a bit weak sometimes in the room I was in.

The property was in a good location, not too busy. Was a 5minute walk from the lake. The staff was always very helpful and attentive even if they were a small and budget friendly hotel.

A bit old and does not have a restaurant though it looked like they used to have. Overall it's okay since you shouldn't expect too much for the price.

Assistance with taxis and tours where super helpful. The staff where super nice and willing to help us out

The balcony door didn't shut properly so at times it could be a bit loud. We didn't see this as problem later in the night when things quited down.

The room and the service was very nice. The bathroom was also clean and nice. The bed was huge, the biggest bed I have ever slept in.

The fruit was almost finished when we came down for breakfast :(

It is so well located in the Old Quarter with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was always willing to help me out with anything I needed.

Tim was so lovely and helpful - made us feel really welcome to Hanoi. We loved our room - super clean, smelt great, awesome balcony, fresh towels each day. 10/10 🙂

Good location in the old quarter. Busy street, but no late night bars, so it’s relatively quiet. Rooms are fine. Staff are friendly.

I would go elsewhere for guided tours and transport options.
