The Location is fantastic, hotels in this location are usually more expensive. Choose their best room for the best experience and better value for money. The hotel has recently been purchased by a new owner, and it's an opportunity to turn it into a mid-priced boutique hotel with unique, authentic modern Hanoi styling it will be a hotel I look forward to returning to in the future.

Ken hotel is located in the old quarter and it is close to everything around there. I walked max 10 mins to get wherever I wanted to go in this area. The staff is very friendly and the room was spacious with a massive bed. Very nice bathroom and there is also a spa available on the ground floor.(although I was not too fascinated by the set up. But the services provided were good). Unfortunately I didn't manage to taste the breakfast as I overslept and missed the slot.

The WiFi was very poor and couldn't do some things I wanted. Not sure if this was just my room but something to be looked at. View from the room was nothing special either but I get it not all rooms in a hotel can have a nice view. Also all the lights (apart from the bathroom one) were connected to the same switch which means that either all lights are on (and the room looks like Las Vegas) or you have just the bedside stand one on which is not enough though and the room is very dark. It would be nice to have something in between.

The property is very modern, clean and attractive, slightly off the main road thereby being accessible but quieter for guests. Delighted to find a modern pool and in-house massage and spa facilities available. Complimentary afternoon tea was a welcome bonus. Room was well proportioned and appointed with a large bed and adjacent bathroom with modern fittings. Good aircon and water supplies. Bikes and scooters available for hire

The property exceeded our expectations.

We arrived around 23 pm and the staff were pretty friendly and welcoming. They upgraded our room as well which was the best thing ever as it was our last night in Hanoi. The room was huge and amazingly beautiful, with a balcony over looking the street. I had my Paris moment over there on the balcony for a while. The location is right in the capital, good for shopping if you’re into silk and nice fabrics. Overall I would come back to this hotel

The location is good. It is surrounded by good street food and restaurants but most importantly, the services provided by the staff are top-notch! I was contacted by the general manager a week before my stay to confirm my arrival time. The staffs made sure everything is organised throughout my journey from the airport all the way to the hotel, in the duration of our stay and when we finally left the hotel for the airport. I felt like I had a personal assistant helping me out in every step of the way. It is fantastic! will definitely come back when I return to Hanoi.

Not most of the staffs can speak and understand English but the hotel did provide a staff (translator) to help us on the check in. Also, they are helpful enough to make my parents' room as near as possible to mine when our rooms are on different floors. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy access to restaurants and attractions.

You will need to walk a few stairs up to the hotel. I think this could be slightly inconvenience for disables and the elderly.

The location in Old Town Hanoi is perfect to explore the area, the many restaurants and great shopping. the hotel itself is a little gem and the staff, especially Miss Selena are very helpful and friendly.

The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked our onward travel with them, and it was taken care of easily. They changed the room for us so we could have lots of light. The location is excellent. The bed is comfortable with nice linens. Enjoyed hot showers every day.

Breakfast was not impressive to me with little choices. Types of food remain almost the same everyday.

I booked with them.after a great experience at their sister hotel Mari by Connek Saigon. Amazingly good value for the money. Super clean. Great location. Super efficient, enthusiastic staff (Dao is as beautiful as anticipating!!!!!). I won't hesitate, and book with them again when I visit Hanoi again.
