My room is very small. But it doesn't bother me at all. It's a comfy room. Room's furniture is new. Everything's clean and quite. its location near a lot of famous places in old quater. I can easily discover old quater by foot. Hotel Service is good.

The hotel is new and near the lake. Good location! Room was clean, bathroom also. Great and nice receptionist! she help me book very good tour I will come back after my trip to Halong Bay.

Great location and brand new rooms. Staff were very kind and helpful - a small family run operation. Lucy even offered us fruit from her family home. Bed was very cozy. An easy clean stay in the old quarter.

The rooms are very small - most without windows which is normal for traditional VN buildings, and are powered by the room key so the aircon and fridge don't run while you're out. This is good for the environment but makes for a hot return in a hot city. The room does cool down fast.

The hotel was amazing, but by far the standout was Lucy's excellent service! She organised so much for us - airport transfers, laundry and a tour to ha long bay. Incredible value for money in a great location, lots of great food and drink nearby and a 2 minute walk from the lake. The room was incredibly comfortable with good AC, our towels were changed every day and we were provided with lots of bottled water.

We wouldn't have changed a thing about our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although I had requested an airport pickup, I hadn't received confirmation and I didn't see anyone with my name or the hotel name waiting at the airport. So, I took a taxi and when I arrived I was told the driver sent to meet me was waiting at the airport. I offered to pay, but they waived the fare. It was very kind of them. The location is excellent because many important places are within walking distance and the staff can help call for transportation. They provided a useful map and also organized a day-tour for me when I had a free day.

The breakfast was very good and the service very quick, but I was not able to have it every day because they only started serving at 7:00. This is fine for tourists, but for other people the working day starts very early in Vietnam, so I missed it a couple of times. A 6:30 start would help.

Staff were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Tony specifically was so helpful, helped us booked day trips to Ha Long Bay, flights to Ho Chi Minh and all the taxis to and from the hotel. He even stayed up at night to ensure we got the taxi at 5am, made a take away breakfast for us and did everything in a very enthusiastic manner. Breakfast was a nice selection and if it didn’t tickle your fancy there are loads of restaurants and hawkers outside the hotel.

Room is a tad tight and you can seen outlines of people through the screen of the bathroom, so a bit awkward at first when sharing with a friend but you quickly get over it
