Location was very nice albeit hawkers were at the hotel entrance/ lobby

In the name of upgrade, we were shifted to another hotel named La Passion Premium. We were told that there is a kitchenette as per our room requirement. However, it turned out that there was no functional kitchenette and there was an additional basin and non functional stove with no kitchenwares. Did not like being lied to. Also, I recieved a message that my card is not valid and was made to pay cash. On my return, I recieved a message that someone tried to charge $603 on my credit card which ofcourse was declined as I had disabled international transactions after my return. So be careful about the credit card also,

I really like the location, the design, the atmosphere of the hotel. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

They overbooked the Junior suite so we got moved to Delux suite on our first night which made the first impression not so good but the staff gave us a discount on the first night. Overall, I understand the situation and still enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options to start the day. While the room wasn't the largest, it was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a restful night. However, what really stood out to me was the exceptional staff – Thomas, Emma, and Ann. They were incredibly hospitable, warm, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They even walked us to the bus at the end of our stay, which really showed how dedicated they are to making guests feel at home. Their positive energy and constant smiles made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for both its comfortable accommodations and the amazing service!

I had a wonderful stay at La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa. The boutique hotel is simple yet charming, offering spacious rooms with comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The location is ideal, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and many popular tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The hotel staff was warm and friendly, especially Sarah, who went above and beyond to assist me with a purchase I was struggling with. She was incredibly hands-on and persistent, ensuring that my request was fulfilled when I was about to give up. It was evident that she genuinely cared about every guest’s experience. The hotel offers great value for money, with an affordable price that is truly worth every penny. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh fruits, cooked meals, and a variety of options to suit different tastes.

While there was a bit of noise due to its proximity to a tourist hotspot, it wasn’t an issue for us as we stayed on an upper level. Overall, I highly recommend La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

This is the best hotel to stay in, right in the middle of everything and tourist areas you need to go to, everything is walkable. The staff here are AMAZING! Sarah, Alex, Anna, Quang, Thomas, Sam, Daisy & Emma were brilliant. The best team you could ask for, so welcoming with love and care they made my birthday trip a great one to remember. Breakfast was great! A lot to choose from everyday I had something different and the Pho was great. Can’t wait to come back again ! Thank you again to the La Passion team ❤️

Everything was great from the staff to hospitality. No faults everyone was super helpful and friendly

the breakfast was great. Many options and food items were nicely placed. The location was convenient as well, easy to walk to the food area and touristy places. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind, with good English-speaking receptionists. room has netflix.

While the location is convenient, it is relatively noisy - car honking can continue till late night because we were near roads. room is quite small, but still acceptable. Hotel only has one lift, and I had to take stairs a few times because the staff will need the lift to move the bedsheets around in the morning. Wifi is weak in room.

The location is ideal! Close to good food, shopping and a short distance from many of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful with booking tours and giving restaurant recommendations. In particular Anna made us feel well looked after, starting communication via WhatsApp well in advance of our trip. Thomas, Emma, Mila, Danel and Sarah on the front desk were also very hospitable.

Not a deal breaker but be aware that the rooms are definitely not soundproof. There is traffic noise which is to be expected in this location. We could also hear the people in the next room talking, people walking up and down the corridor and an alarm sounding whenever the people in the next room opened a particular door or window. We got used to it after a couple of nights and it didn't impact our stay at all but it's something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

La Passion Hotel is the perfect place for your experience in Hanoi. Is located in the old quarter near all the buzz of the city, the markets, the vendors, the massage parlors, but also near the French quarter and other areas of the city. The rooms are a bit small but beautifully decorated, with comfortable bed, and clean and crisp linens. The staff is truly what makes this place special. From the moment of the booking we got a personalized experience, with Anna, chatting constantly through WhatsApp to ensure that all our needs were met. They arranged the airport transportation, tour to Ninh Binh, a tour to Halong Bay and transfers to and from Sapa in luxury buses and train. Anna made sure we had all our basis covered, she was amicable and respectful of our time and interests. The breakfast was another highlight of the property!

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right near the lake, plenty of shops around to get what we needed and had very comfortable beds and great rooms which are well appointed. The staff are incredible, special thanks to Anna for her wonderful hospitality and assistance, providing great recommendations which made knowing where to go so much easier for our first time in Vietnam. She even recommended a tour we had not considered which ended up being the highlight of our trip so far. Also thank you to Daniel for helping us get our food delivered to our room when we couldn’t figure out the Grab app. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough, you will be so well taken care of and have a nice relaxing stay.

La Passion is a very well-located property with spacious rooms that are very well-equipped! Staff at the hotel are young and very friendly! We would like to give a special shout-out to Daisy who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay! She guided us to make the most of our stay in Hanoi and was always ready to help. Also at reception, Joseph and Thao were so lovely, always smiling and sharing a happy vibe. Breakfast consisted of a very decent spread of both traditional and continental items, and the staff in the restaurant were attentive and tried to assist with any requests.

The first night we were put up in their sister hotel which we didn’t realise existed, it’s the “apartments” side of La Passion. That property is a few minutes walk away from the main hotel, which meant dragging all of our luggage along the busy streets in the Old Quarter to the apartments, though we got some help from staff. We felt the rooms there were more compact, not as nice, and the shower was one of the worst we’ve had. We didn’t feel as accommodated at this place, it has different staff members and the main reception is quite small. It also meant walking back to the main hotel for breakfast the next morning, which isn’t ideal when you have early tours booked! Luckily we were able to shift to the main hotel for our last 2 nights, so that changed everything in a very positive way :)
