We like about the property because it is very clean and they have a friendly staff on the hotel. Specially, Quan who us one of the staff helped us and gave us a lot of information about the place.

Perfect location near everything. Good beds and good view.

The room appears to have been renovated/renovated but it’s not so new like in photos. The bathroom is very small and the hot water comes from a boiler, so when one person takes a shower the hot water runs out and the next person will take a cold shower. There is no breakfast at the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom have not some facilities and utilities, for example there is no mirror in the room and there is no support for hanging towels and clothes.

Great location near Cafe Lam, Xoi Yen, in the heart of Old Town so you can walk along all the small streets, enjoy local foods and the heritage. The room was clean, with a green and peaceful street view that I loved. Toilet and toiletries were clean and good quality. I paid for a single pax but the room was as large as for two so it was very comfortable. The staffs were nice and to my personal opinion, more professional than some other hotels in the area at the same rate where I used to stay. I will return for my next times in Hanoi.

At that rate, I don’t have anything that I didn’t like about the hotel.

I really enjoyed my time in Marina Hotel. Position is perfect to walk around in the old quarter, room clean and spacious enough. Noise from outside street is not bothering at all. Bathroom clean. Room be cleaned everyday. Beds supercomfy. Staff friendly and helpful. There's always somebody at the door. Pretty safe.

Maybe a pity they don't serve breakfast anymore, but I was informed by the facility prior my arrival so it's fine. Also the terrace is not accessible.. Too bad.

Really liked our 1 night stay here and would absolutely stay again! Great communication from the team as we arrived late and needed to leave super early! Room was lovely and came with lots of nice amenities. Very clean ... if you get a foreword facing room then remember ear plugs (every hotel in this area is the same - not a criticism!) Room was a nice size and well finished. Fully recommend staying here and worth the high price for the nicer rooms!

The location was right up my alley. Super close to Hoan Kiem lake and opera house. Staff are nice and and professional. Room was spotless and fully equipped with pretty much any common amenity that you can possibly think of. The price for my room was reasonable as well.

Nothing in particular, honestly. But on a scale from 1-10, I tend to save 9 and 10 for outstanding quality hotels. I hope my rating can motivate you guys to set the bar even higher than this for the service.

Beautiful rooms. Accurate depictions. Attentive and detail oriented staff.

The rooms can be a bit noisy as the hotel is on a main road. Constant hiking can be heard late into the night. This can be bothersome if you’re not used to a busy Asian city. Overall still great value.

Location is great. It's close enough to everything, but not as busy and crowded. This area is bit quieter, and there are actual sidewalks along the street, unlike the busier parts of town. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I had a room where almost the entire wall was a window, so the view and natural light was fantastic.

The location is great and I can explore the old quarter easily. There are many famous and delicious street food stalls nearby. I like the room with wide windows (must choose the room with window).

Although I want to have a quiet room, I still hear the street noise. (I stay on 2 floor. 　Maybe it will be more quiet if you stay in high floor)
