Staff where really friendly and helpful,and although it's not something I expect,they all spoke perfect English,room was spotless clean with all necessary toiletries provided, excellent location,loads of cafes and restaurants nearby and a 5 min walk to the hustle of beer street.special thank you to NGO the night porter,who gave me lots of information and advice.would deffo recommend.

Kettle in room had no base so was basically for decoration,however there are dozens of excellent coffees houses on same street so it's not really a negative.

Good location, u can have all the good restaurants, drink, sword lake , everything in from 1 to 10 minutes. Staff were nice. Overall it was nice experience. However if u want a nice view or romantic place then it is not.

The toilet in the common room was broken. The top terrace were not in use as well. U basically can use your room only.

Very friendly, helpful and flexible staff (reception, cleaning). Rooms very quiet and well equipped. Nice big bed and seating area for dining etc. Very clean. WiFi always available in good quality. By the way: The room didn't have a window (for me more an advantage...), but it can be ventilated via an air shaft.

This is a great hotel for this price. The location is the best, it is in the middle of old town with everything you need in walking distance. The room was big enough and it was very quiet (because it has no windows). I stayed there twice already and I will come back again.

If they would offer breakfast, that would be great.

We started our Vietnam tour here in hanoi, the Marina Hotel is in a great location for the old quater of Hanoi. The rooms are very clean and a good size. The beds are very comfortable, so after a busy day it was perfect. The hotel staff are very helpful, excellent service and cannot do enough for you.

we got upgraded to a room on the 6th floor because the room we were given on 2nd floor was too noisy. the room on 6th floor was soo gorgeous and fancy.

we would have left if we stayed on 2nd floor. also our balcony door was broken on 6th floor so couldn’t go outside but it was raining so didn’t matter

marina hotel staff were great. location perfect for exploring the old quarter. we paid extra for the exec suite so we had a window overlooking the street. was worth it

carpet in the hall needs fixing - it’s a trip hazard

I like the decoration of the room and the location of this hotel, everything you need would be in walking distance. I have to thank you Mr. Nguyen for his dedicated job, he's super kind and helpful to show us around the city. Sure thing he would be more successful in the future!

Clean and good location, near the bus station where we board the bus to Sapa. Great staff who helped us to call the bus service when we had issues.

Nothing but just note that some rooms don’t have windows so be sure to check when you book if you are particular.

Small boutique hotel with such nice spacious rooms. The finishings of the room are great with really comfortable bed. Not too noisy despite being on a main road and the bath was amazing!

The property did not have breakfast which was originally included, although understandable as during the times they cannot provide breakfast if there aren’t enough guests staying
