Where should I start.. The staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Khanh, Ming, Vivian, Tho, Ling and Chan did their best to make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to the lake but room was a bit smaller than expected. Many cafes, eateries and convenience stores are in the main street. Breakfast is with reasonable options and provide refill water. There was daily room service (even arranged our toiletries in a holder when we came back🥰) and water. These people are the best. I left my sons watch in bed, Vivian got it and kept it for us. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is great as it is situated in the old quarter just beside the Hoan Kiem lake. We could walk around to the old quarter to see places and explore different kinds of food. The staff are very friendly and supportive which includes Mr. Zenky's constant help towards our queries. They had a breakfast buffet with a decent selection of food. They also offered airport pick-up to the hotel at a reasonable rate. Overall our stay was very comfortable with easy accessibility to places around.

The breakfast menu could be altered every 2-3 days.

The memory that will last for me is how pleasant and helpful are the young men and women who staff this hotel. Every day they would greet me with a smile. However the real test of service was that I had a serious lost luggage problem from my airline travel and the staff member chased it down for me including updating staff on changeover. Their concern and help resulted in my lost computer being returned to my surprise. Amazing. It is only a small thing, but the staff knew that my departure time meant I could not have breakfast, so at their initiative they prepared a takeaway breakfast for me; that is service This hotel is centrally located. I chose a room with a balcony. It was a good size room with a balcony overlooking the street. It was only a few months after opening, so value for money was exceptional.

Located perfectly in the Old Quarter,the Bella Rosa Suites offered outstanding staff services and very clean housekeeping .The rooms are big, have good beds and are refreshed recently. The hotel also has tour arrangements and delicious breakfast . The last but not the least the staff is very very nice and always helpful,special shout out to AmiLEE .They gave a lot of good advice. They speak English very well. I completely recommend this hotel with a wonderful location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi !! Thank you for the warm hospitality!!

comfy beds, quiet room on 6th floor, good breakfast and super helpful staff will give you a map, and also an advise sheet of how to stay safe and where to go for food. Do take the recommendation for the best Pho in the old quarter..it was delicious.

The hotel is really great for what you pay. The staff was very nice and helpful all of the time and did all they could to let us experience a nice holiday. The breakfast is good eventhough the buffet isn‘t widely diversified. As vegetarians we had no problem to be satisfied and our stomachs were always full. You can also order something extra like fried eggs, omelette, pancakes with a variety of toppings or soup and it will be freshly cooked for you. The money exchange is one of the biggest upsides from this hotel. When we planned the trip we were not sure if we should exchange it in Germany or here in Vietnam. We decided to try it here and it worked perfectly. The exchange course is outstanding. In Germany we would have gotten 20000 Dong per Euro. Here we got 24000 Dong per Euro. At the time of this review the exchange course is at 25000 Dong per Euro. So please don‘t exchange it beforehand, it is in your favor to do it here. The location of the hotel is very great - very central in Old Quarter. This means lots of attractions are easy to reach by foot. If we come back to Hanoi in the future, we would stay at this hotel again because the price-performance ratio is perfect. 10/10 overall even when there are some little flaws, but they did not matter for us.

Bella Rosa was such a wonderful place to stay at the heart of old town Hanoi. Only two blocks to the lake, the puppet show, and so many shops and restaurants. The staff was unbelievable generous with their time and recommendations for activities and restaurants around town. They also held our bags after checkout and allowed us to refill our water bottles many times :) Next time we come back to Hanoi, we will definitely choose Bella Vista. Thank you for everything!

Bella Rosa was the loveliest stay I had during my entire trip in Vietnam. I had booked the hotel at the last minute and I had to cut short my Ha Long stay and I wanted something near the Hoan Kiem lake. My wife and I had got down near another hotel of the Bella Rosa and the lady there very courteously guided us to the location of the correct hotel. At the hotel, we were greeted by Tommy who was at the front desk. Tommy made us very comfortable and was very welcoming. On getting to know from my wife and I that we have recently got married, he arranged to get our bed decorated and It was a pleasant surprise for us when we got into our room after lunch. Tommy also arranged a motorbike for us which was in good condition and served me and my wife well as we roamed through the streets of Hanoi. The breakfast offered was sumptuous. The hotel has a terrace that has access open throughout the night. We found the view of the lake from the terrace quite striking and beyond our expectations. The location of the hotel is extremely close to the Hoan Kiem lake and the Water Puppet Theater and one can literally go around walking. Tommy guided us on the places to visit and vegetarian hotels for lunch when he got to know that my wife is vegetarian. Overall, stay in this hotel was lovely and the experience is one of those that I will cherish for long.

Location was very good, very near to Beer Street, Night market and Lake. Almost everything is at walking distance. Tip for the travellers : Taxi to Airport - arrange your taxi privately by talking to taxi people or tour agents there, we got the taxi in 270K VND which is cheaper than Grab and what hotel provides at.

The hotel charged 3% extra on our bill as we paid through International Debit card. I feel, Country like Vietnam is a major tourist destination and there were many vendors who did not charged this extra 3% from us while we paid through card. So, probably the businesses should think about it and just ignore this charge.

Excellent service with wonderful breakfast, very close to the Hoang Kiem lake, good location with plenty of things to eat for very reasonable price. Ms. Swan was very helpful, Tommy went above and beyond to accommodate everything for us and Leanna always served us breakfast with a smile. Overall the staff provided 5 stars service for a 3 stars hotel. To Tommy, Ms. Swan and Leanna we thank you from the bottom of hearts for making our trip to Hanoi a memorable one.
