I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say the experience was excellent, primarily thanks to its fantastic location and the outstanding staff. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. Whether you're there for business or leisure, the location truly can't be beaten. What really stood out, however, was the hospitality of the staff, especially the ladies at the reception. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From check-in to check-out, they were always helpful with any inquiries or requests I had, offering great suggestions and assistance with a smile. Their professionalism made a lasting impression and contributed greatly to the positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel not only for its prime location but also for the warmth and excellent service provided by the team. I will definitely stay here again!

Get family room if you want a bigger room

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The location is unbeatable with multiple restaurants and street food vendors all around you. Very friendly and helpful staff - especially Hannah. We arranged an airport transfer and a private driver to Ha Long Bay through the hotel and we were very happy with their safe driving - so don’t hesitate to book through them for anything you may need. You also get clean towels and bottled water everyday which is a bonus.

The pictures make the hotel look newer and more modern than it is. It’s an old hotel with some new decor. Needs a lot of maintenance. But overall for the price we were comfortable.

It's very hard to get a really good hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and you really have to check the reviews to avoid getting scammed. Luckily, I found Amica Premier Hotel and Travel which was such a beautiful hotel with great value for money! It's so clean, exactly what's on the photos, surprisingly quiet (given its location) and has outstanding service. You would really feel the staff's genuine care for their guests who would go above and beyond to assist you and give you the best experience as much as they can. The owner is lucky to have them, especially Hannah, Jenny and Ha Quan who made our stay very memorable and seamless.

Water pressure is weak on the 5th floor. The rest is perfect!

VERY friendly staff. Went out of their way to be helpful. Newly refurbished premises. Some whimsical decoration on the stairs. When I was leaving they organized a hotel car at a cheaper cost than either Grab or Be. This added to the value of the stay.

Unfortunately, been a new operation there were also some teething problems. In this case, it was with cleaning the room during the stay. Although they had checked that they could clean the room on Friday afternoon, it didn't happen. Not a big deal on my end as I don't feel I need towels changed every day, however, there doesn't appear to be cleaning at the weekend either. Hopefully this problem will be resolved going forward.

Amazing hotel, I can definitely recommend this if staying in Hanoi! First of all, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was really good; lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also walking distance to Old Quarter and Train Street. Thank you.

The shower was really slippery and toilet facilities a bit small. Sometimes ran out of hot water but not always.

Very small room ( had to.move hanger to.open suitcase) No windows ( great to be in the dark in the morning ..but not for everyone)

It was very central and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The value for money was also great and the rooms were clean.

The room was much smaller than we thought, we barely had place to put our backpacks down. If we had 2 suitcases, it would have been a real struggle. They might have bigger rooms but we booked the superior room. So book a class larger than that if you plan to stay for more than 3 nights or have a lot of luggage.

The best customer service and management I’ve seen through my Vietnam trip. I had awful experience before in another 4 star hotel in Hanoi, so I moved to that one. It was really good decision. Since the start stuff gave me a really good attitude, was helpful and very professional. In comparing with another hotel it’s 200% value for money :) really advise to chose that place for comfortable stay. Also, room is clean, no any mold, nice smell and convenient place!
