Very luxurious. Staff are very friendly. Great breakfast.

Some parts of the hotel were under renovation - halls were being painted and the entire roof top pool area was closed for maintenance which is one of the main reasons we picked the hotel - for the kids to be able to cool down in the pool. The hotel never advised us of this before we arrived. Don't select the takeaway breakfast which is very poor compared to the dine in option.

Honestly we absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The facilities are great as well, pool, spa, restaurant, all awesome and clean. The price was absolutely worth it, and we were very happy with the room and the balcony we got. Breakfast was delicious and included in our room price and came with all the usual comforts including a chef to cook eggs to your liking, and both western and Asian diahes. We were allowed to leave our luggage early and leave it behind after check out, as well as being able to check in about an hour early. Got a massage there and even though they dont have a masseuse on site, all it took was a call to the front desk and a 15 min wait to get everything sorted. You have a restaurant, a Cafe, a bar, and a rooftop snack/drink area in one single place. In vietnam cash is king but in the hotel you could either pay with card or charge it to the room and pay all together at the end. We were very pleased with everything and if we were to go back to Hanoi we would definitely stay there again.

We liked everything so much that are complaints seem a bit petty and inconsequential compared to our overall experience, but here there are in the spirit of being honest. The water from the shower leaked out after every use in a way that soaked over the floor towel and still made a huge puddle. The shower has one tiny built into the wall shelf to the point that the three bottles of product offered (lotion, body wash, shampoo) wer legit stacked upon each other with no space to even put a razor, or loofa. No conditioner offered. Even though all eaiting facilities have the full menu "offered" each site only serves portions of it. Like the rooftop bar, or the restaurant, or lobby bar, don't sell coffee. The rooftop doesnt sell snacks, the lobby refreshment area only has sodas etc.

They have a beautiful rooftop bar on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city. But the cocktails on the roof top bar were frankly horrible and not exactly cheap. I don‘t understand - why not put a somewhat skilled barkeeper up there? It would be one of the coolest places to have a drink in the whole city of Hanoi! :)

Leah Silk Hotel was exactly like the photos, rooms won’t large but plenty of room for 2 people and luggage . This hotel is well located and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the roof top bar and pool.

Breakfast was a little disorganised, they just haven’t managed to get food out quick enough once it runs out, but I am sure that will improve.

New hotel, very comfortable bed, clean room and beddings, good-sized and clean bath room, effective air-con (especially since our trip was in the hot month of July). Great location. Easy reach of all things (restaurants and great cafes, shopping, street food tour, the nearby lake, train street, walk mural street). Breakfast spread is not extensive but good enough. Breakfast food is delicious but not so much the coffee.

Spa and the treatment could be better. Everything else is wonderful.

The hotel looks fancy and fabulous in its ancient Vietnamese decoration. Lobby and dinning room is like a gallery, beautiful! It is a new hotel, so all of facilities are in good condition. Comfortable mattress and everything in bathroom is equipped with Kohler stuff. Quiet and clean. Staff is helpful and professional.

There is no boiler and iron in our room. Although staff gave them to us right away when we asked, they should have been in each room in a 4-star hotel. Jacuzzi, sauna, sky bar and swimming pool is not ready to use. Staff did not inform us about that when we checked in. There was no light on the rooftop where the pool and sky bar is when we came up on the 1st night.

Due to the great staff at Leah Silk Hotel, we had the perfect start into our Vietnam adventure. From airport pickup, to early check-in, to booking of super relaxing massages in their partner hotel, to preparing breakfast bags on our departure day the staff and especially Grace went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very clean and the beds were just heaven to sleep in after the long journey. Further it is located in the old quarter with many attractions in easy walking distance. Thanks again for everything!

Wonderful hotel with great staff and facilities that are clean and high quality. This was our second hotel in Hanoi and we moved here after a less good experience in a more expensive hotel. I’m glad we did as this place made our Hanoi experience much better. It is central and the area feels safe with a city buzz but quiet at night to rest. The beds are exceptionally comfy and the rooms well equipped. The best thing is the pool, which is well kept with clear water and a newly reopened bar upstairs. Thanks for a great stay x

Everything was good

The LeaH Silk Hotel is very well located nearby several shops, cafes, restaurants, markets and points of interest at the Old Quarter. It is very easy to move around. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and service oriented. Our room was clean and very comfortable for a couple. The rooftop area and swimming pool were definitely a highlight. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it!

During our stay there was no service available at the rooftop bar. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy some drinks or snacks by the pool.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel, we paid a bit more than our normal budget but we’re well rewarded as was worth it. Super comfy beds and lovely linen. Well designed quiet rooms. Lovely pool and sky bar - this is the only hotel we found that was as per photos and in perfect condition. Staff were super lovely. If I ever get back to Hanoi I’m staying here.. location also very central in the old quarter.

My husband used the gym and said the running machine felt like it was going to fall apart and no gym towels available or free weights. Nice area but could be added to..
