Great location. Right in the centre of things and mid-point between the main features of the city - the cathedral, lake, train street, night market, shopping alleys and streets, museums, the mausoleum, eateries and galleries and whatever I've left out. There is a Michelin Pho restaurant in the cathedral side street and a great bahn mi stall - queues on both so I just chose from one of the many other excellent options. There is a good elevator that takes you quickly to your floor. Good helpful reception - useful information and eager to assist without being obtrusive. 24/7 reception meant they were there for my late and early departure. I had a good room, in line what I paid and expected. It was comfortable and had what I wanted.

The staff are who make the hotel 10/10! The hotel is clean and comfortable and value for money in the range of stars. I used it as a base while touring the north and it will be my choice hotel whenever I am in Hanoi. If you want to book tours or trips - do it with Mr Tom at the hotel. He get great prices better than online booking sites. I started booking with him even before I arrived. Mr Tom is a great! The reception staff are also amazing. Location is excellent right in the old quarter - and the street it is on is nice and big - not like the smaller old quarter streets where it’s a bit chaotic. Great food and shopping all around. Don’t hesitate to book here

The location is the best, right at heart of the city centre, easy to navigate, surrounded by vibrant life of Hanoi, but also very quiet at night. The street is not blocked by the weekend walking street. Shout out to all staff who have noticed the tiniest inconvenience and tried their best to accomodate me. They were super friendly, professional, and supportive. I felt like home there from the very first moment arriving. As a local but far from Hanoi for a while, my experience here is 10 out of 10.

The facilities are a bit old, not quite soundproofing since I could still hear noises from the hall, but not unbearable. The staff were responsive anyway so not too bad.

Wifi was not working in the room

Two things stood out from this hotel to me were hospitality of the staffs and location. Tom: the hotel manager and staffs were ready to help us also provided offers with reasonable price including airport transfer and tours. Yes, the property is not new but everything inside is clean and proper also considering it is located in the heart of Old Quarter, the price is really value for money.

Booked a room without window, the furniture and bathroom equipments are quite old and the room is quite small.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay even better. They provided help sheets on the best places to eat, train times and more. The room was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed

Dulcie and Hailey at the front desk are the best. They paid attention to every detail so you feel comfortable and they always have time to assist you. Also the location is great and the price is reasonable. They organized all my tours and all went perfect. BIG thumbs up for this hotel and these wonderful young ladies.

Fantastic stay. Perfect location near attractions, markets, and eateries. Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff, especially Hailey and Dulcie, were incredibly friendly and helpful, great recommendations, transport arrangements, and local tips. Highly recommend for a memorable Hanoi visit

The hotel was a great place to stay for our late arrival. We arrived at 2am and they were there waiting for us. The room was simple and clean. No window but that was good as we needed to sleep a little in the morning. Dulcie was very helpful at the front desk in the morning. The location was good and everyone was kind and helpful.

Dulcie, Tom and the rest of the staff were so helpful at any situations. It was incredible how nice and courteous they are.
