The staff ensured that we were well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, due to the newly open hotel, we had a few problems with our rooms, which had us move rooms twice. Staff very accommodating and upgraded us on the second move

Location is good. Staff is good. Breakfast is good.

The hair dryer is not good. And there’s weird sound coming from bathroom at night. Sounds like wind.

Great location, 5-10mins walk to everywhere in District 1: Ben thanh market, bui Vien & nguyen walking streets etc. I met Hanh in the lobby and requested to check the room first before booking, she was happy to accommodate my request with no questions. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful, gave some guidance of where to go and what to do in the area. Breakfast was good, had a small buffet and fixed menu with local and western choices, pho, omelette etc. The room was clean (hotel opened 1mth ago), full length windows overlooking the streets and let in lots of natural light, big bed which was a little firm for my sensitive back, but once I informed Hanh she asked housekeeping to add another duvet, which helped alot. All the amenities for bathroom were present and refreshed daily. Overall, good value for money topped off with amazing staff.

The shower tiles appeared stained/dirty which was an obvious contrast to the rest of the same tiled areas. Housekeeping was asked to wash the area but there was no change. Just to highlight, the shower wall is high and requires a big step in and out (there is a half step inside to help you down but none outside). Not ideal for anyone with physical limitations or elderly. I would recommend a bit more fruits variety at breakfast.

Very good breakfast, a selection of both Asian and international dishes. The perfect start to the day. The rooms have been recently renovated, they are rather small and a bit cramped, but very clean and well-kept. The bathroom is very well cleaned. The air conditioning works well. The TV has smart functions, you can turn on YouTube or other streaming services. Fast and reliable internet. The voucher for fresh-squeezed juice at the hotel bar was a nice surprise.

It's hard to find fault, the only drawback was the air conditioning vent right above the bed, which was due to the rather small size of the room. However, it wasn't a big problem.

1) good location especially for Ben Thanh market and 4P’s as well as convenience stores and cafes. 2) nice rooftop pool 3) modern room 4) polite and helpful staff who can help you make appointments and bookings 5) I see complaints of noise/poor sound proofing, I found it to be minor and much better compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam

1) stains on towels 2) very small gym 3) only one elevator 4) bathroom layout/design is nice looking but also very impractical. The bathtub is aesthetic and modern but the shower head is out in the middle of the bathroom… by the toilet. When using shower in the open area right in the middle, the whole floor and toilet gets wet .. had to push the shower head all the way to the bathtub side but toilet will still get wet, then you have to wipe it down before you use it even if you put the lid down. Not a huge problem as we still enjoyed our stay, but whoever designed the bathroom .. why??

The staff are so helpful, breakfast has a la carte and buffet options, rooms are super modern, great location and walking distance to Ben thanh market and shopping at Saigon square. I also had the set menu lunch (duck and asparagus salad which was delicious!). Rooftop pool is enough to dip in and have a small swim (10x4m approx). Perfect for cooling off. The hotel is on the same street as la siesta and much more competitive in price. I couldn't believe what I got for the money we paid. They also provided a surprise birthday cake and note for my son.

The only thing I think could improve is more seating around the pool. Perhaps if the gym was moved to an empty building overlooking the pool the gym area could be converted to a deck/seating area?

My first time in HCMC, and booking this hotel turned out to be a great choice. It made my short two-day trip so much easier and more relaxing honestly. The location was immensely convenient, i could walk to all the main spots without any hassle. The staff were really kind and helpful, which I appreciated a lot. The room was a bit small in my opinion, probably best suited for one person. I had an early check-in request, and while they did inform me it would be delayed, they kept me waiting without updates. I wish they had let me know sooner so i could have made other plans because i ended up being late for work, which was quite upset. That being said i know they did try to support me as best they could. On a brighter note, the room itself was beautiful and had this cozy, Japanese-inspired vibe that made it feel very comfortable and match my taste. The location was probably the biggest highlight, making everything so convenient. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable at times, but overall, it wasn’t a big issue. Oh, and the buffet was great too, the food was delicious.

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel in Dec. Once again Hanh checked me in, she remembered about my back issue from previous stay and asked housekeeping to put another duvet on my bed straight away. This is how high their service standard is. The staff were great as usual, they remember you, remember your needs, and try their best to help in all situations. The room was clean and spacious, had shower and tub. Clean fluffy towels. Room refreshed daily. Breakfast was much improved this time, more buffet variety along with the fixed menu. Everything was delicious. It gets busy but the staff are efficient. Good location, can walk to many places, and easy to get grab there.

Just to highlight, there were some ants crawling about the room, staff explained that they came from the plants on the balcony. They were harmless, no bites. The view was limited to the other hotels around, be mindful to use the privacy curtains as neighbours can see in each other's rooms.

The thing me, my wife and our baby the most like was the staff. They were unbelievably kind. Especially Loc( the assistant FOM), Kiet(the doorman), the lady Linh(from sales department). But in particular the hotel general manager Cong. Thank you all so much for making our holiday such a great experience. I will recommend this hotel to everybody around the world.

There is nothing that we didn’t like about this hotel. It is a bit noisy in the weekend but what else can you expect in the middle of one of the greatest/busiest places of Saigon?… This hotel is really delivering!
