All staff were amazing and went out of their way to help! Breakfast has a huge selection - great for growing children! Our room was huge. The bathroom is a bit tired but clean. Beds super comfy. Walking distance to market and easy to get to places. Pool was great to cool off in after a day walking, just watch the tiles and decking as they get very slippery.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Felt safe in hotel. They kindly allowed us to use roof terrace & pool on departure day until we left for night train to Danang in the evening. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable with good air conditioning. Two double beds in one room. Good breakfast. Short walk to Ben Thanh market, nice park and a lively nightlife street. Exciting vibrant area.

Nothing really to complain about. Some sun loungers were not very comfortable. No shade on highest roof terrace. Building works noise at times. Food in hotel quite expensive. Crossing roads in district 1 was scary! So many mopeds on roads and even on the pavements! 😲

We arrived in HCMC at 6.00 am and we were at the hotel at 8.00 am. Although we had a check in scheduled at 2.00 pm, the staff was very nice and allowed us to use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and to have a shower. They also checked our room availability and we finally checked in at 12.00. After a whole night in a bus, we were really grateful. Their buffet breakfast is amazing. The room was very comfortable, especially the pillows. The rooftop is great and was never too crowded when we were there. It was 2 great days, thank you!

Booking.com offers breakfast and lunch with the room. Breakfast worths the deal but the lunch plan doesn’t at all: the lunch set is barely for 2 people and doesn’t include kids. Which is strange for an hotel that calls itself “family friendly”… when we figured this out, we felt a little scammed because the waiters advised us to buy some more food for the kid. Conditions should be clearer. The hallways are very noisy. Some signs asking for guests to be quiet should be considered.

The location is so great, within walking distance to many attractions and the shopping malls. The staffs in the hotel is a bonus, super helpful and friendly. When I arrived, I felt like it's a 5 stars service, helping us to take the suitcase from the car, and carrying to the bedroom. ♥️I really appreciate a boy in the morning shift on 24 April 2023. I lost my visa and took me so so so long to figure out what to do, and one of the police station was so helpful to call the hotel. We went to the correct police station and the boy from the hotel was helping us through the whole process. 👍

The swimming pool was not accessible.

The rooms were large and air conditioned. Breakfast had a varied amount of food and the rooftop swimming pool was wonderful. The Spa was also excellent.

The check in process wasnt very efficient. We have 3 kids and had been travelling all day but made sit down and wait for 15 mins while check in staff who all seemed to be free sat at their computers and tapped away. After going to ask if we could check in after 15 mins. They directed us to a different part of the hotel so our wait had been for nothing. We were allocated rooms and my husband stepped into shower over bath and then bath was evidently not attached to wall or floor and the bath upended but luckily he kept his balance and didnt whack his head. This could have been much more serious.

A Nice large room in District 1 within walking distance of the Markets, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Opera House, the War Museum etc. Breakfast was included with plenty of choices (not that I strayed too far from the omelet bar) and my partner made use of the Spa and said it was great. We had a meal on the roof bar and it was very nice as well.

Our Room was opposite a building that had a big bright advertising sign on it, at night it was very bright, we could just close our curtains enough but had to climb up on a seat to do it.

The staff were very very friendly and all the necessities indicated are provided in the room. The slippers are one of the best slippers provided by any hotels I've been to. It's an actual styrofoam slipper and not the paper ones that most hotel provide. Bathtub is like a jacuzzi and even has an indent for u to sit on while u shower. Since I picked the basement room there is no view to rate. There is free water in the lobby as well. Perfect to hydrate yourselves from the hot weather.

Safe box was a bit harder to figure out because the instructions are not clear enough. But its not a problem as the staff can help with that. There are 2 alagon next to each other so I was confused the first time I arrived. But there is usually a guard around or you just observe someone coming out the the building.

I do recommend this hotel so much specially for family and couples, At the reception Mr Bruno and Mr Kain were fabulous very helpful, professional, they organised everything for me trips food and shopping We had a fabulous stay in this hotel the location is amazing no need for a taxi everything is local Just walking distance

I don’t have a bed comments to be honest

Installations are complete with a SPA and swimming pool on the rooftop as mentioned. Good equipments. SPA is well furnished although Hammam and Sauna were not very hot when we were there but still cozy. Swimming pool is nice and outside in the rooftop which is very appreciable. Same for the hot tub. Didn't try the restaurant nor breakfast so can't say much about that. Rooms are nice but no window for ours.

Room are nice although no window so a bit dark in a way. Be careful two Alagon in Ho chi minh not far from each other but still a bit confusing.

Staffs was very friendly and helpful. Bruno, Trung, Nhật and Hương are among some of the staffs we came across that help us out with checking in and booking transportation. It takes longer to get our rooms ready but we didn’t mind because we very much enjoyed the view from the top balcony. Breakfast was wonderful with a selection of delicious food for everyone in our group. Overall, I’m very please with our stay here.
