This hotel provided a lot of value for money. Firstly they let us check in earlier since the room was ready, they even provided us with an extra duvet because im not psycho to share a duvet. The staff was very serviceminded and accommodate our every need. The hotel breakfast was perfect size and not confusing like bigger hotels! Lets get real, you only eat like 20% of what they offer in a hotel breakfast! They even had their own barista and also yummy pho! Location wise I would say if its quite central and you dont get that touristy noise. Its 10 - 15 min walk to vincom center, Ben Thanh market, Bui Vien walking street etc. Also, there were a lot of shops nearby as well! I will be coming back!

- The room could be a bit bigger, at times it felt a bit cramped. - The hotel didnt have a restaurant which was a let down, but there were plenty of restaurant nearby. - The shower clogged twice, they fixed it the first time and the second time I didnt bother because I was checking out the next day.

Mr. Thanh was really helpful on the front desk and always made an effort to ask about my plans and help me in any way that he could. I had a lot of work to do during this stay and the reception helped me order food via GRAB and even brought the food up to my room when it arrived. The breakfast had a lot of options both Vietnamese and Western and despite breakfast officially concluding at 9:30am, the staff had no issues with me staying in the breakfast lounge to do work on my laptop until lunchtime - they even came and offered to make me some coffee! It was a small hotel but the perfect size for the staff to be attentive to each guest.

Manager is helpful and nice. Staff in kitchen are nice too, some staff in reception nice, but 2 of them not really helpful. Security is nice and assist us go to inside and outside, go to car, take luggages. Room is not big but clean, comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and I like Vietnamese coffee there, they give me more coffee because they know me like it. Staff there always pay attention with guest.

Price is quite high with worth and value. Can't pay by card, only by cash.

5-star overall service. Staff were mindful of my need to be left alone yet somehow knew when to approach me to offer assistance. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were top class. The deluxe room I stayed in a budget friendly and had everything I might need. Highly recommended. Special mention to Thanh and his colleagues at the front desk. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff were great. Very welcoming! The design of the room was modern and clean. The gym was small but well equipped - perfect for a short stay. Location was great - an easy walk to many of the sights. The complimentary mini bar was a great touch.

The pool is much smaller than appears in the photos. It is lovely but you have to get lucky and hope it is not busy as there are only two loungers and one table.

The desk in my room only had a stool There was no chair with back for extended working from the room. I was not allowed to work in the dinning room, So effectively this is not good if you need to work from the hotel.

The female manager at breakfast was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay memorable!!!

The floor in the shower cubicle is very slippery. I had a bad fall and it spoilt my holiday.

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed on two seperate occasions and I was looking forward to getting back there. The rooms were spacious. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool was great. They helped us to get transport. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

Modern , clean and convenient

The desk in the room only had a stool, with no back support. This hotel is not suitable if you have a lot of work to do from hotel. There was no where else to work. As the restaurant was not available even after service.
