Friendly helpful staff. Quiet room with comfy bed and seriously good pillows. Great rooftop pool and bar areas and spa massage treatments. Great value and will be back to Alagon soon.

I wasn't able to stream Kayo sports online to watch the cricket T20 World Cup but I was too busy anyway. Wifi otherwise reliable.

The hotel consists of several (4?) buildings, on arrival it turned out that the room we booked was in an old building, with poorly opening and closing windows overlooking the wall of a neighboring building, we also needed a seating area, since we met in Vietnam with our friends from Australia. When we first saw the proposed room, we did not find a recreation area, but the double room had two bathrooms))). I had to go to reception to update the room. Bruno helped us a lot in this matter, he changed the room for us and our friends to the best option in the new building. Thanks Bruno, you made our 3 nights.

The air conditioning remote did not work, it was stuffy for two nights, it turned out that it was just necessary to change the batteries It's not a significant downside:)

central location. rooftop pool and bar were a nice place to retreat to after the nearby streets of ho chi min city. good selection at breakfast.

The morning breakfasts were amazing. Fresh fruits, beautifully cooked PHO, cereals, toasts, jams and dishes I have never seen in my life. I experienced as many dishes as I could "and loved it all". The staff I could not discredit - helpful, courteous, professional, happy and smiling. The poole was awesome. It was at the top of the hotel with the most awesome of views of the city round-about. The water was cooling-not cold, refreshing and it was peaceful just to lie and relax in the sun. I had a massage - that is a must for all - pure indulgence.

Nice central location, 20-30mins walk to all sights. Very good cocktails at the bar - the best we tried in Vietnam overall! Nice swimming pool area and professional massage therapists, good prices for massages. Breakfast selection was amazing too - many options to chose from, different selections every day. Helpful staff at Reception. Overall a good value for money stay with a great bonus of swimming pool on the roof top.

Location is good and central, however still no supermarkets or little shops nearby to buy essentials. While the massage therapists were amazing, the spa area and overall massage experience wasn’t too good as there is constant construction going on and the whole time you are supposed to be relaxing your head is bursting from loud construction noises, very disturbing and impossible to enjoy the treatments (wasn’t just once - went for treatments couple of times and got the same outcome)

Very nice Pool area with a larger swimming Pool and a nicely warm jaccuzi. View was nice, drinks were good. Also nice location for the market and the Bui Vien Walking Street for going out, foods and drinks. Could Visit everything within the City by foot.

Rooms were a little small, but pretty anyway. Had one night where smoke (like from a cigarette) Came into the room. Probably from the air conditioning. Smelled like a smokey Bar for hours. Would recommend anyway.

Love the location and facilities at this hotel. Bar was great convenience and the restaurant served excellent food and good prices. Staff where friendly and helpful.

We needed larger room for family stay only double x 2 was in the old wing. Some facilities are not inclusive and cost extra such as pool use and bar if not chosen at click of purchasing the accommodation.

Nicely presented hotel. Good english spoken and staff were friendly and worked well together and were pleased to assist guests. Breakfast was very good. Airport pickup was efficient. We found the combination of multiple buildings and lifts and street entrances quirky and interesting. Hopping out of the lift straight into the restaurant (as opposed to reception lobby) for example. Rooftop pool was great. Our room (suite with sofa) was very comfortable.

The hotel itself had amazing facilities which were kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The pool and hot tub was perfect for what we needed, we really enjoyed using them.The breakfast was delicious and there was a large selection to suit everyone, we also ate at the poolside bar which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff really made our stay here excellent, everyone we interacted with was extremely polite and helpful, nothing was ever too much to ask and they always went above and beyond for us. I could not recommend this place more!

generally, breakfast was good with variety of local and continental food. the room was good with adequate size and nicely placed furniture. house keeping was very good.

f & b department should also be sensitive to muslim patronage . check with registration desk to find out number of muslim guests and cater food for them.
