The location was good handy to many attractions and with the use of Grab easy to get anywhere. Close to some good restaurants. Pool and piano bar great. Food was good.

Access to the pool on the roof top is by stairs so limits people with access issues. Front steps could use hand rails which could be brass colour to fit in with the decor. Due to a two hour in air delay in our flight our driver didn’t wait and due to phone connectivity issues we were unable to advise the hotel once we landed. We used the message system but no one was monitoring it over the weekend. Someone monitoring this would be useful or a what’s app contact as many SIM cards and ESims are data only. So something that you can use with data would be useful.

Good location, the employees are very nice and the rooftop bar is amazing !!

Unfortunately, the rooms are quite outdated and the dark color scheme makes them appear even darker. Considering it's a four-star hotel, we had expected more modern rooms with improved amenities like hairdryers, air conditioning, etc. However, the hotel's location is excellent, boasting a superb rooftop bar, and all the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a deluxe room on 11th floor, great city view. Staff were friendly & helpful. Good breakfast choices. Rooms were quite. Close walk to many areas in the city. Nice walking along the river at night. Great easy to get too eating places nearby.

The TV didn't have good reception at night time due to the weather. We should mentioned it sooner for adjusting

Extremely comfortable rooms with good views. Cable TV, wifi is good. Rooftop pool area is very good, with three separate types of hot saunas and a nice sized pool, but the whole rooftop area could be bigger and maybe given a bit more atmosphere. Staff are incredibly accommodating, I had to split my booking into two separate stays a week apart and that wasn't a problem, I even got an upgrade to a suite on my return. Extremely friendly and helpful, someone is on duty at every hour of the day. The main manager is particularly good. Breakfast is .... ok and could be better.

Breakfast is fine if you're happy with coffee and fruit and yoghurt. The bain marie selections aren't really very tempting but the chef will make you an omelette to order.

Rooftop pool is amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Location central and not far from the river. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel if looking for good value, central location with a pool.

Very noisy from building site next door. Gym was useless! Machines broken. Rooms were a bit tired looking especially the bathroom.

Despite an initial issue with check in (someone had mistakenly deleted my booking!) staff were calm, attentive and very helpful. Could not fault the service across the hotel.

My bathroom was a little "aged" and I didn't have hot water (although that didn't bother me particularly, it should be looked into) My 2 teen sons didn't have any issues with their rooms/bathrooms though.

Rooftop swimming pool area and bar was excellent. Bedrooms are comfortable but quote dated. Could do with some more colour rather than brown and beige. Breakfast was good. WiFi good. Location also good.

Using the hotels own Taxi from the airport is very expensive compared to a taxi bookable via GRAB app or from Booking.com who use GRAB

everything was amazing! breakfast was really nice, pool was exactly what I needed and the facilities were fantastic. It was exactly what i needed and super relaxing. Staff were super helpful with my bags and I could leave them for the afternoon after I'd checked out.

laundry was super expensive but it was no issue and to be expected :)

The location was great. Very polite and helpful staff. Room keep cleaned.

My toilet flushed all night, however it was fixed in morning once I notified reception. Also the guest next door coughed all night and I couldn't sleep.
