We were extremely happy with our six nights stay in Enso Retreat. Location is good, very near to the basket boat river, and it is just 10 minutes to Hoi An old town by car. We also appreciated their free shuttle service to and from old town and An Bang beach. The driver, Mr.Than, was on time, careful and helpful. The rooms were always clean and well equipped. We booked the room with breakfast, and the food there was really excellent! We could try different local dishes with good quality ingredients. Thanks to Ms.Vy and the whole restaurant team. This resort also offers gym, spa, swimming pools and beautiful landscape. Perfect for holidays. For our family the highlight was the hospitality of all the staffs, especially the receptionists. We thank Ms.Tidi, Ms.Phuong, Ms.Thao, Ms.Ly and the whole team. They were very helpful and attentive: helping us to arrange our tour and transportation, giving us advice about tourist attractions, and mostly, they really ran extra miles to make us feel comfortable. They made us feel like staying in a five stars hotel. We can highly recommend Enso Retreat.

My mother and I had an incredible stay at ENSO Retreat (we wished we could stay longer). After spending 2 days staying close to the ancient city, it was nice to go a little further out of town for some relaxation. The resort is only 10 minutes from the ancient city but they have a shuttle van that.brings you in and out for free. The resort itself is beautiful and so peaceful. The staff were are absolutely amazing, they cater to everything you need and make you feel like you're staying at a 5 star resort. They were available to us 24 hours on whatsapp and helped us book trips. This resort was excellent value for money and far exceeded our expectations...we would love to return some day 😊

Extraordinary services and staff. We really enjoy our stay here. Every moment we spent in the hotel, we were surrounded by love and care from the staff. Got great local foods, drinks, and fruits for breakfast. They also brought us extra snacks to take away along the day. Also although the hotel is located a bit away from the ancient town, the receptionist team helped us to arrange free shuttle to the town (soooo nice) and they offered free bikes, which is another great way to explore the countryside and the town. They can also help to book for the memories show, car to danang city, and a lot of day tours at great price. Just ask them and they have so many amazing things to offer. Thanks again for the ENSO team for such a wonderful experience at Hoi An. Especial thanks to Phuong, Ly, Thao, and Tidi for their diligent and welcoming services.

The only thing is that we wish to have some chairs and desks to sit and work on in the room. Although we understand that they want us to be more emerged in the nature and enjoy our time outside in the little garden, visitors with working needs may need a desk indoor.

Pure perfection. Undoubtedly the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life, and I travel a lot. It's hard to find words to describe all the wonderful things that happened to us here. I cannot imagine better service that takes care of guests in a very subtle way. In this hotel, you will feel like their most important guest; they will fulfill your every wish with a smile. It's an incredible experience to be a guest here. Initially, we were supposed to stay for only three nights, but then we extended our stay for another two. The place is beautiful, new, tastefully decorated, in a stunning and luxurious style. Silence, peace, a paradise on earth. When traveling, I never come back to the same hotel, but for this one, I would make an exception - it's so wonderful that we are considering coming here for a longer period during the Polish winter because we work remotely and can work from anywhere on earth. The best value for money.

This Hotel is the perfect spot to relax and experience the nice city of Hoi An at the same time. Everything was super clean, the staff was very attentive, food was amazing. Just perfect. I would defenitely recommend it. The photos are accurate, which is a refreshing compared to other hotels / buses.

Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, attentive staff. Couldn't really ask for more if you're looking for a relaxing holiday destination. Every detail was looked after.

Amazing place and amazing staff!The real retreat place. The best service ever - they really do everything to make the stay as perfect experience. It was easy to communicate with reception just via Whatsapp - whatever we need, it was organized quikly and smoothly, starting from coctails to the pool until booking tours or spa treatments. Spacios room with nice quality design.The rooms are quite dark, not suitable for reading a book for example, but I liked that. The breakfast was outstanding- lots of choices and delicious. I asked for vegan milk and they had it for me next morning! The garden is beautiful with the small lakes where frogs sounds in the evening. The small crabs running in backyard. The location seemed far while booking that place but it was just 5-7 min by taxi to old town, with around 1 dollar. Also free bycycles were available and coconut ride was just 3 min ride. By checking out they surprised me with written thank you letter in my own language ( which is spoken only by 1 million people in the world!!!). Highly recommend this place.

This small resort is a bit hidden from the road, although you can hear a bit of traffic. There are 3 pools and big and smaller accomodations surrounding them. As the rating at booking is incredible high we decided to visit. A great welcome and staff is indeed incredible friendly like in most places you visit in Hoi An. The property was shut down for almost 3 years and they just re-opened that's why so few reviews so far. Again, the staff is great, but all the rest is nothing special. If you like absolute calmness: this can be your place to go. There are no mosquito's.

The small villa's/huts are pretty standard, no good couch or nice chairs to sit inside. It is dark inside due to small windows as other reviews mention as well. Damp inside, there is airco though. Floors of bathroom very slippery, be aware. Some wear and tear in the huts. The pools are nice, but shallow water. The breakfast is the thing that can be upgraded, all items are cheap chosen (cheese, ham, bread) and mediocore at best. Juices are, like in all hotels in Vietnam, watered down. This one is no exception. Coffee is horrible. There is a small fitness room but not airconditioned. Wifi is not good nor steady.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. The customer service at this resort is beyond outstanding; it's almost unbelievable. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfection. During my stay, I encountered a couple of unexpected personal challenges, but the ENSO Retreat staff handled them with grace and professionalism, unlike any other hotel I ever stayed at. There wasn't a single problem they couldn't help me with, and their dedication to making my stay memorable was truly remarkable. I must give a special thanks to Thao, Trang, Phuong, and Dieu, who made my visit exceptional. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care for their guests were evident in every interaction. It was an absolute pleasure getting to know them, and their efforts truly enhanced my overall experience. ENSO Retreat exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return. Absolutely incredible experience again! This was the third time staying at the ENSO Retreat and the welcome I got was overwhelmingly warm. Again the room was amazing, and prepared with the uttermost care. The staff is so thoughtful and sincere. Thank you everyone for once again providing the best possible stay we could have wished for.
