Absolutely everything. Location is just out of town and is very peaceful, just a short valet service ride into town and back with no delays. The resort manager and staff are most accommodating in every aspect, from great tour organisers to great advisors on where to buy tailored clothing and leather goods. All meals were sensational and very delicious.

Nothing, we loved everything about this resort. In fact, this is the second time we have stayed here, the first time was in 2016, and we are definitely already planning a third trip in 2023.

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, I have been there twice time. I'm very satisfied Breakfast not too much but very good,room very clean and staff is so friendly. Especially, they have Bamboo Restaurant on the river. It's very beautiful,very cool.

What a great place this is! Just a little bit outside of old town, but a very serene place. Still quite some food options around even though you are not in the city center. If you have a scooter you will find great restaurants in no time! The room was spacious and clean and had an amazing pool view! Definitely book a room with a view if you can. The bathtub and the shower is amazing! The pool itself is great and it was not that busy when I was there. The staff can't be faulted, they had been very nice to me from the beginning. Breakfast was decent, a very normal breakfast in Vietnam.

Not a big deal at all, but it would be nice if they had a "do not disturb" sign available.

The reception staff explained on checking out that they had only be open for 6 months and wanted feedback so they could improve if necessary. We were woken up at 6.30 by very noisy/screaming children in the pool, pool doesn’t open til 8. Largish hotel but only 10 sun beds by the pool so nowhere to sit if they were occupied. you had to sit in the grass. Pool towels not restocked so none available later in the day. Balcony chairs could do with some cushions.

Excellent connecting room, excellent pool. The staff, especially the manager, was accommodating for the shortcomings of the hot water. Very impressive and she also gave us passes for a free massage. Wifi also works throughout the premises.

The rooms are slightly outdated, lack of plugs, and phone didn't work. There is no menu for food in the room, and even then, the menus at the restaurant are cumbersome. Our room had limited hot water unbeknownst to us, pretty surprised. They offered to change rooms. I believe the key point in this review is to realize that this is a superbly run hotel, but with limitations that need a bit more attention to the premises and to detail. It would achieve a 9 rating if so. It's important that guests don't arrive expecting a 9 in its current state and be left disappointed with its shortcomings. I believe leaving constructive criticism can ultimately help in doing so. This hotel might be a 9 compared to other hotels in Vietnam, but we are world travelers.

The hotel and its facilities are very good. Swimming pool and restaurant are charming and the service also good. But what left us in awe was the outstanding attention of Tram from the reception. I am lucky enough to travel a lot and I can easily say she is the best receptionist I have ever come across with. Her attention to every detail and need my family had, made our stay really 5 star worthy. That is true passion for hospitality right there. I cannot be thankful enough for pampering us and making our holidays full of happy moments. Cảm ơn Tram!!

The resort is very well designed. Being an Architect, I like to discover beautiful spaces, and CoCo River resort is exceptional in its design quality. The rooms are very well connected to the adjacent river. One can experience the rural Vietnamese life with luxury and comfort at this resort. The view from the room is breathtaking. The breakfast is scrumptious. I love the hospitality of the staff here. The hotel staff helped us with everything - renting a motorbike, coconut boat tour and airport taxi. Being a vegetarian I struggle with food choices in Vietnam sometimes, but the hotel staff helped me with food too. I highly recommend the place for couples. Room are ideal for a quiet and cozy time. Hoi An ancient town is very close to the property. The resort gives out bicycles for free. Come explore the village side of the Vietnam over a bike ride here ♥️ Absolutely amazing. Will come again soon

Great garden with beautiful view to the river. Lovely staff and nice equipements. Cold welcome drink during checkin and also they have free shuttle bus to the old town. We will come back next time

The resort and room are clean and spacious. Like the nice bathtub and standing shower, bed is comfortable too. Special mention of the staff Sunny. She speaks English well and she is very helpful and gave us recommendations on what to eat and what to do. She even helped us book vehicles and restaurant reservation even after we checked out. she makes a difference to our vacation. She is a gem to the company. Thank you Sunny. Before booking, i saw some bad feedback about the resort and was hesitating to book. Sunny told us that the resort has changed owner and hence the management style is different now. That probably explained the change to very positive stay.

The bar by the river is closed when we were there. it will be nice to sit by the river at night for a drink.

Loved the staff when we were there 25th to 30th Oct. We actually went through Typhoon Noru there and they couldnt do enough to make us safe. Soung and breakfast staff were happy and very helpful food was delicious. Reception staff , cleaners and yard staff great they all made our stay enjoyable.

Situated a little too far out which would have been ok but no shuttle bus which booking.com.said they had . Booking.com also stated laptop in room and fresh fruit on arrival which is not true it was not a problem for us but it needs to be corrected as people expect what is offered.
