Staff were great and really helpful particularly Duyên. They helped us organise a scooter to rent for the duration of our stay. The location of the resort is a bit far from the main areas of Hoi A but we liked it as it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel offer push bikes to rent for free as well as a shuttle bus. The room was large and spacious. The club area/rooms are across the road from the main resort and is nice and private.

Cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, there was marks in the walls and blinds and the corners of the showers looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. It felt unclean. We understand that the resort is eco friendly but we were unable to leave the air con on while we were out which caused the room it get really hot to the point where some of my cosmetics melted in the heat. Even with the all the blinds closed we were unable to keep the heat out. Breakfast could have been better.

Great location for a family holiday, the hotel is just outside of Old town and you feel a more relaxed, with a quieter vibe. There are convenient shuttles that can take you into town or to the beach too. The staff are so attentive and friendly and help you with everything, especially playing with my toddler who very happy. The rooms are spacious and we had a great view from our balcony of the local houses and palm trees. We spent most of this holiday swimming in the pool, relaxing with a cocktail or playing pool at the bar. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Hi. our family visited ho-ian eco lodge hotel in jan.1.6-1.9 when we arrived at ho-ian, we felt like we are in korean countryside. we went through city and then we encountered a rural atmosphere. it was warm and peaceful There are two staff at the reception in hotel. they have big smiles and say hello !! it's especially we rememberd miss 'hong' and 'thuy' while staying when we had a question or problem, they did their best! so we could stay comfortable and enjoyable :) another thing was afternoon tea that we never forget. because it was delicious and complimentary! we got used to it and being familiar with hotel accommodation. we hope that we should visit again there as soon as possible

the staff were amazing, spa is wonderful and just an all round fab place to stay. my partner had a wonderful birthday, hotel even got her a cake, very lovely personal touch

Nice room. Quiet and comfortable space. I really like the swimming pool and breakfast here. Resort near scenic spots, convenient for travel. Friendly receptionist. If I have a chance, I'd visit again.

The place has fast internet, great for traveling. Definitely recommend! Great hotel to stay in. As I’m here with family, the room is still spacious for us. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Room across road from reception. A little disjointed and therefore lacks polish. Otherwise overall a relaxing venue away from bustle of Hoi An.

Such a lovely place, located in a quiet area, but also not far from the Old Town, surrounded by beautiful plants, with a very friendly and helpful staff.

The air conditioning only goes to 19. In 38 degree heat this just wasn't cool enough at night. It's my only criticism.

Breakfast is delicious. Staffs are friendly, supportive. Housekeeping is great. Room is tidy and quiet. The decoration is modern. Wi-Fi connection is fast.
