In our journey to discover the beauty of Hoi An ancient town this time we chose Quin villa. Right from our first steps here, we were welcomed by the warmth and enthusiasm of the receptionist, who answered all our questions and suggested places to go. , things to do in Hoi An. The villa is located on a small island with a 5 minutes biking to the old town and a 12 minutes walk. The perfect location so you can sleep soundly every night on a comfortable bed without fear of being woken up or disturbed by noise. The room is large and completely clean, delicately decorated and has excellent soundproofing. They also have free bicycles so you can freely enjoy the poetic beauty of the heritage site early morning. Fresh breakfast with pancakes and fruit, homemade yogurt, and a choice of delicious eggs! The cute dining area next to the pool with views of the quiet river and grazing water buffalo made us don’t want to leave. Everyone here always smiles and is immediately there when we need help. Or a cup of ginger tea when unfortunately my husband caught a cold because of the rain, it made him much better. Really appreciate! The architecture and decoration of this place come from the owner and his wife, which also shows the enthusiasm and love they have for this property. They also have their own Mekong tailor shop where I ordered a blazer and evening dresses and received perfect products down to every detail. Don't hesitate to come here to enjoy your wonderful vacation like the way we did and will come back any time we come to Hoi An!

Lovey spacious and clean room with nice balcony and great views. Watched the water buffalo swimming in the river. Friendly staff, even made me a surprise birthday cake and sang me happy birthday so sweet!! Arranged massage for us with a moped transfer. Good location, slightly out about a 10 minute walk to busier areas Nice pool and sun beds. Simple but good breakfast

This accomodation was somewhere I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. It only has 10 rooms which means it is not to bust or overcrowded. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with the biggest and most comfortable bed you can imagine. The bathroom was perfect with a very spacious walk in shower with good water pressure. Only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town so no problem at all. The property offer pedal bikes free of charge which we took advantage of on a couple of occasions.. Lastly the staff, they are absolutley brilliant. They are friendly and helpful and always happy to see you and offer advise. We really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights.

One small thing was the room on the road side had works going on outside which wasn't brilliant but nothing the hotel could have done about this. Maybe request a room riverside if any available.

Great location, outside the Hoi An old town proper (about a 10 min walk), so it's as quiet a spot as you can find in the area. They provide bikes for free if you want them. You can also book various activities in the area at the reception. Great breakfast, buffet with a lot of fresh fruit, and the kitchen staff make eggs whichever way you like them. You can eat it outside, with view of the water buffalo roaming. The room was enormous and very comfortable. Nice and cheap family run restaurants down the street. If you want to see the hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town, but would like a quiet place to retreat to, look no further.

The Quin was an amazing place to stay. Sadly I had a cold for three days and had to stay in my room but I can tell you that the beds are really comfy and the room was super clean and new. They upgraded me for free to a room with river view and it was so beautiful to wake up to the sight of some buffalos in the water. The hotel staff was so nice and caring and the breakfast was yummy and fresh. You really see that they take care of the property because it was spotless everywhere and no water damages or else. I can absolutely recommend to stay here when you come to Hoi An!

Simply the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam so far. The owners are there 12 hours a day and live nearby. Seems like they have staff everywhere who are extremely helpful in different kinds of roles. Probably the most attractive, stylish, beautiful, thoughtful design aspects of anywhere I have stayed. Every square meter is clean, stylish, purposeful, and design. If the money fits your budget, you would be a fool not to book here. Room 301 has a large balcony overlooking miles of green and river area Opposite the city street. Beds are great, facilities are great, breakfast is tops and beautiful and included. Pool and terrace and sitting areas with lots of plants and greenery. 15 minute walk to everything over the bridge into town. Owners are custom tailors, and can make whatever you want and also mend whatever you need. I never write reviews. Could not wait to do the above review because I love this place. Dirk, from Portland, Oregon, and his lovely bride, Peggy. Oh, yes, we paid for a rental scooter every day, and had fabulous access to beaches and anywhere we wanted to go so conveniently if we did not walk. We survive the chaos of the driving here.

Wonderful except for the rooster that starts at 12:30 in the morning next-door. Manageable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners and all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our time in Hoi An wonderful. The property was a 10 minute walk to the old town and market but was quiet and peaceful with our balcony looking over farmland and the river. The breakfast was excellent. The room was beautiful with a big balcony that was nice to sit with our morning coffee. We used the free bikes to look around the town. A bonus was that the owners also owned a tailor shop "Mekong tailor" and they did a fantastic job making a suit and 3 dresses in time before the New Year holiday. We will definitely come back here if we are in Hoi An again

I can't think of one thing they could improve

The staf was very helpfull and friendly, and gave personal attention. You are not just a number over there. The breakfast staff knew after one day what i would like for breakfast and prepared that. Since the hotel is on an island, it is very helpfull that you can borrow a bicycle for free. This way you can discover Hoi An on a easy way. Laundry was taken care of for a normal price, also renting a motorbike was taken care of and was easy. I had one of the bigger rooms with a beautiful view over the river and a nice covered balcony. I loved the room. Nice, spacious and clean.

There was nothing dissapointing. Only be aware it is not in the center of Hoi An, but you can borrow a bicycle for free, so easy to discover the center (or even if you want to go to the supermarket).

The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the river view rooms. The property is clean, and the sheets are fresh and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and truly elevate the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If possible, I recommend staying in a river view room, even if the payment is higher, as the city view rooms may feel a bit noisy. That said, regardless of the room, you will feel warmly welcomed and receive excellent service throughout your stay.

The old town center is approximately a 15-minute walk away.

Loved the shaded pool. The staff and owners were lovely to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Great to have free use of bikes to get into Hoi An Old Town, not far to walk but the bikes got you there easier/quicker. Scooter there to hire if you wanted too. We were measured up for tailored clothes in the hotel, so easy and fantastic results! Grateful to hang by the pool after check out whilst waiting for a taxi to airport due to flight delays. We chose a room with a view of the river which we enjoyed. Sat on balcony with coffee to watch sunrise. Saw Water Buffalo at back fence and roosters crowing gave a relaxing country feel after the cities. It was great to have breakfast included. Lovely restaurants across the road and small grocery store 5 mins away.
