This is a lovely home stay and the family is very friendly but don't have much english. The room is on an upper floor and the view is wonderful so nice to wake up to this every morning. It is away from the old city on the island so it is quite peaceful at night. You can walk to the old city about 15 minutes . They organised transport from the train station in Danang when we arrived and also to our hotel in Danang on our last morning.

Very nice room, with super nice patio with a beautiful view over the river. The hotel is located a short bike ride from the city center (the hotel has bikes for free) which was really nice, as Hoi An city center is overwhelmed with tourists. I strongly recommand staying there - and would go back if ever in Hoi An.

Breakfast wasn't great, but it's not really a big deal since there are tones of places to eat in Hoi An

The room we had was on the top floor if a villa în wich the owners also lived and had a river view; it was spacefull and really clean; the location is not really convenient as it is at about 20 minutes walk to center, but opposite site of the touristic places, so for restaurants and caffees you had to walk further more after reaching the bridge to cross into center; generally it was good value for money but the distance should be taken into consideration.

No cleaning of the room during 3 days; The shower is inconvenient as it's opposite the entering door în the bathroom; the floor was wet all the time; aircon didn't work on heat.

Very nice Homestay, the family are so nice and helpful. The room was very nice clean and bright with nice view on the river and balcony. They provided FREE bicycle :) The location is 20min walk more or less to the city centre but with the bicycle provide it is perfect. They also arranged a taxi for Danag when we checked out for a good price compared to Grab.

We had a lovely stay here! The family is incredibly nice and always helpful, they offered us free bicycles for the whole stay so we could reach the Old Quarter and restaurants and shops in a few minutes. We had a big balcony with incredible views to the river, especially during sunrise/sunset. It’s a very peaceful place and they cooked us delicious breakfast every morning. It’s a great place for couples. So lovely we will definitely come back again next time :)

The walk to to the Old Town takes longer than expected. Best to use Bicycles or a Scooter.

The family who run this place are so helpful and kind. They were truely a pleasure to meet. It has safe parking for motorbike/bicycle. You can also take one of their bicycles into the town. Rooms were exeptionally clean and the river view was peaceful. You also have a mosquito net which is great. The Cafe Sua that they make is also very nice.

Lovely setting next to the river, and big rooms. Host familt is lovely!! Breakfast is simple but good. They provide bikes so you can easily cycle to the city. Quiet at night

It's about 10 minutes cycling to Hoi An old Town, which we thought was fine because of the free bycicles. But there is not much within walking distance. We did not have a problem with this but maybe other people would like to stay closer. Mattress is starting to feel springs which is not too great.

Really nice location, room has a balcony with river views. The room is very clean and renovated, and the host family is very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is very good and you get served in the terrace next to the river. We also could use the bikes for free and it was a nice 10 minutes ride to the busy center.

Amazing homestay, the veiw over the river, the ultra clean modern room, the quiet location and lovey family. Just a short bike ride from the old town- bikes provided free of charge. Stay here you won't be disappointed! Also a great local place for coffee called "coffee thanh" 2 mins walk to the right of the homestay.
